    Very poor experience with this company.
    Their website stated free quotes so we had someone out to look at our ac unit. They quoted the price to fix or replace,
    Their quote was much higher than competitors so we ended up going with another company.
    Weeks later we were sent a bill for diagnostic and labour despite the fact that no labour was done.
    Called the company to ask about it and was dismissed. Starting the free quote only applies if you utilize the company for their service . They also stated the two fees were for the time the technician was present which was grossly overestimated.
    There is no fine print on their free quote section ***** * ******* ******** **********

    We were called to come and look at this customer’s air conditioner because it wasn't cooling which is considered a service call. If we were called to do a quote to replace equipment and not send out a technician to find the problem first then the quote would have been free. The time spent on the call also includes driving time. Our typed quote to replace the air conditioner did say that if they went ahead with replacing the AC the service call would have been included. We waited to send the bill until we were sure they weren’t going ahead with the quote.
