A+ service and reasonable prices.I would refer Wal-Tech to friends and family without hesitation.Moving into our new home we discovered water issues in our basement (water seeping in between wall and floor)Wal-Tech came highly recommended by our neighbours but just to be safe we got a few opinions/estimates.Wal-Tech not only had a reasonable price but the owner **** came to the house himself for a consultation.**** was also onsite working with his crew everyday during the job.Job was completed on time and within estimate even though there were several issues encountered outside of **** and his crews control. (Poor weather, poor soil conditions, sewer drain in need of repair, utilities that were incorrectly marked, etc)I am very happy with the work that was done.The air quality in our basement has drastically improved and it feels drier and cleaner.

Waltech is the real deal. I cannot say enough good things about this company. 100% honest, straight shooters, fast, dependable, absolute experts. Do not look any further. These guys are the best! **** the owner immediately puts you at ease, immediately identifies the issue and proposes the solution. His team arrives on site and is super fast, extremely efficient, solve the problem, explain it, clean up, problem solved. I am so glad my friend recommended Waltech! John, the owner and his team, Tim and Josh were exceptional. John identified the issue with my basement water issue and they promptly repaired it. Our sump pump failed on a holiday Monday and John was there, not only to replace it but to also took the time to explain what our issue was and how to monitor its proper functioning. He's respectful about keeping our floors clean - upon entering the house and taking off his boots. And you couldn't find a nicer person to work with.Review fromHeather B

I first became aware of Wal-Tech Drainage when I stopped on my walk to speak to a nearby neighbour who was in the midst of preparing the front of her home for excavation due to a foundation crack. She could not say enough good things about the owner, John and his crew. She said, they care and stand by their work and would not relent until the issue was fixed.
Last year we experienced a second water event in our home and had paid a handsome sum of money to have a drainage company from London repair a crack in our foundation on the interior of our home. This year, at the end of March another massive rain event, we had water yet again enter our home. We contacted the company who did the initial work and we were ready to have the exterior of our home excavated to do a further repair. A few weeks went by, I reached out as I had not received an estimate or any further response to my message. They simply never got back to me.
John was here within a reasonable time frame after our initial conversation on the phone and he assured me that it can be fixed and that we would start again on the interior and go from there. If it didn’t work using the polyurethane injection, the monies paid would then be credited and put towards doing an exterior repair. Within the week, an associate was here to do the work.
Tim arrived to do the tear out and repair and he was an absolute treasure. He was courteous,
polite and very respectful in answering my questions. He provided me with an in-depth education and fully explained the process and differences in the product that was out on the previous year to their product.
As an associate (Tim) to Wal-Tech Drainage, he is a true testament and clearly personified the integrity of what this company is all about!
I would strongly recommend this company to help you to protect what matters the most. They are the **** ****** ** ****** ** ****** for foundations and all other foundation, drainage issues.Wal-Tech Drainage

To say the least, I was more than a little freaked out when I saw water (yet again ... long story) in my basement. John was calm, direct, matter of fact as well as understanding. He explained what had to be done and what the process would be in terms I understood without being condescending. Kevin, Josh and Tim were at my house when they said they would be, cleaned up after themselves and were awesome! The price was not what I was expecting (in a really good way ;) and they were done in 2 days!
The ground can now thaw or it can rain for days and I don't care!!
Thank you so much John and crew for giving me peace of mind knowing my basement will now be dry. I appreciate you more than you will ever know!
I highly recommend Wal-Tech drainage to anyone who has the misfortune of needing this type of service. John will make it as painless as possible and make it right!

We had a crack in our foundation that was leaking. We contacted Wal-Tec because they were referred to us by someone else who had used their services. We are very pleased with the job they did, the courtesy of the technician and the cleanliness. We would definitely use them again if needed and highly recommend them.Wal-Tech Drainage
