    Ordered a computer on Boxing Day. Immediately sent an email requesting shipping as quickly as possible. No response.
    Sent an email Jan 10 requesting update or cancel. Received answer that they are shipping.
    Received computer and same day gave it to my computer tech from overseas to install at location, did not work.
    Requested a label for return took 3 days for return label. Sent back same day.
    Was telephoned next day buy tech saying no problem with computer. My tech of course has turned on hundreds of computers.
    Tech said they would send back computer. Did not happen for over a week. No longer required computer asked to return and credit. They then sent computer.
    Opened the box there was no keyboard or mouse, emailed and they said that would sent. Waited a week nothing-asked for $50 credit-Sent the keyboard and mouse. The keyboard is useless-Used component with broken stand. * *** * ***** ******** ** I gave them 6 weeks to rectify the situation. ***** *******

    poor customer service, no one returns calls, have not received any call backs or other customer service since November. Two months and no computer. and they have our money

    Very poor customer service. No one answer a call or reply an email inquiry. No delivery after the full payment is paid one month ago.
    The website is full of false and misleading information. This company may offer lower prices than its competitors, but it has no products in stock. It means the company takes away your money and holds for a long time without sending you the ordered product. ** **** ******* ** ***** ******** **** **** ******** ******* ** ******** * ********* ******* ** ******** * *********

    ******* *** ** *** ***** *********** **** **** *** *** *********** ** ******* ****. Shoddy Customer Service, shoddy product and extremely shoddy returns policy. It took me 3 trips to the post office before *** ****** ** this 'company' had the wit to send the right return label.     It took three weeks for Refurbish Canada to process my order.
    The “Grade A” laptop that they sent was the wrong model, the primary battery was completely missing, and the secondary battery didn’t hold a charge for very long.
    They said they would sort out the issue "right away." Then one week later they said “we are preparing an exchange unit for you.”
    I returned the laptop to them. Another week went by. I checked my online account and it showed that I had a “partially paid” bill. They said “this is the accounting ********* our team started, it will be settled and it will show $0.” They told me that a replacement model was already processed and in transit, and they would update me with the tracking details “right away.”
    Three days later my account with Refurbish Canada had not been corrected and they had not yet provided a tracking number, so I disputed the charge on my credit card.
    Then they told me that “the replacement model is in transit and we will be updating you with the tracking details” in two more days, but after three days they still hadn’t provided a tracking number.
    And once again, they claimed that “the accounting issue has been rectified” and “the replacement model has been shipped out and picked up last week as promised.”
    When they finally provided a tracking number, it was clear that the package had only been picked up and shipped after I had disputed the charge. They knew that the charge had been disputed and their account had been debited.
    The package arrived almost eight weeks after I had ordered a laptop from them. I didn’t accept delivery. It was returned to them.
    My online account with Refurbish Canada is still incorrectly showing that I had paid for two laptops and have been partially refunded.
    But the bank has credited my credit card for the full amount that I had actually paid.

    On October 17, 2022 I ordered & paid for a laptop for my sister from refurbishcanada.ca. Later that day I found out I didn’t need the laptop because my sister bought a new one. I called refurbishcanada.ca to ask to have my order cancelled before it was shipped. I got their voicemail and left a message. I also sent an email that day requesting my order be cancelled and to please credit my credit card.
    In total between October 17, 2022 to November 4, 2022 I’ve sent four emails and left two additional voice mail messages requesting my order be cancelled and to please issue a credit to my credit card. I contacted them immediately on October 17, 2022 to have my order cancelled prior to shipping
    As of today November 8, 2022 I’ve got no response to my voice mail messages or emails. My order still shows Paid and status is Unfulfilled (Not shipped) and no credit has been issued to my credit card. I’ve contacted my bank to start a transaction dispute.
    Their customer service leaves a lot to be desired.
