      I HAVE HAD CAA ROAD SIDE ASSISTANT SINCE 1999! THESE GUY ARE AWESOME! CALLED TODAY CAR WOULD NOT START, CUSTOMER SERVICE REP TIRINA! WAS SO HELPFUL PROFESSIONAL AND KNOWLEDGEABLE! TRUCK WAS THERE IN NO TIME, AWESOME JOB TITRINA! YOU MADE MY DAY, WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THERE SERVICE. TRULY APPRECIATED.. *** * **

      ***** ******* ***** I have had CAA for two years and when I need them the most they tell me that I don’t qualify, even though I have top of the line coverage.       I had very unpleasant experiences dealing with CAA from its on call service people being ********* unfriendly and **** to today’s complete failure of carrying out my service request in replacing the dead battery in my car. First of all, I called 5 times this week only to receive completely different information about placing a service request and wrong quoting of me as a CAA member. Half of them don’t seem to know what they talk about. The other half apologizes for them, do their best, only to be ruined by an arrived on-call service person. Today, one of them refused to follow me to the underground garage as he was insisting that he first have to check the battery to see if it needed to be charged. No clue why he didn’t follow the order instructions and ignored me saying it needed to be changed. In addition, he didn’t follow the meeting instructions insisting that he knew what he was doing, even though he was doing everything wrong.       Just waited for over an hour to get a boost and the *********** CAA guy named Grahmn hung up on me because I was upset while explaining over and over of wear ****** st is and ******. How hard is that. Then I call back to speak to the second car who then speaks over me and then hangs up. Horrible experience. **** * *** **** ***** ** *****

      ********** policy regarding not coming to unlock my 83yr old Mothers car.. I’m her daughter I have ID, her card, keys and car…
      *** ****** * **** ********* ******* *********** ******* they wouldn’t come to the parking lot at ****** in the rain and I couldn’t get there in time to pick her up to take her to the appointment ??
      Was more concerned about signing me up as a member even though I told her repeatedly that I do not live in this country!!

      ***** **** *** ******** ******* False advertising across the board. All of their warranties are ***** and they won't deliver on any of their warranties.
      I purchased a battery with them via a 6 year battery, they refused to replace it even though it was dead and I had to pay out of pocket.
      Communication process was a complete joke as well. Took weeks to get a hold of them after the fact, even after they told me they'd apply the refund they rescinded their decision.

      I have been CAA member 3 years and for first time tried to use it recently to no avail. CAA left me stranded for 2 hrs and never did provide the service that day and I had reschedule appt and called CAA again and find out from the tow truck driver, that CAA customer service wait times are calculated on whole website and not by individual cities and that at the time of my first call they only had 3 calls the whole day. Following up I found out that they should be looking at individual areas for more accurate info and not rely on the inaccuracy of the websites. To top it off I contacted CAA head office and customer service and was extremely disappointed in their responses. I was told there was nothing they could do about it and would offer upgraded training to customer service reps. This whole experience was unacceptable and for Customer Service and head office to ignore my concerns was just beyond.       I'd been a CAA customer for several years, but my membership lapsed in November as they did not have my new credit card information and I didn't realize this. In January, I arrived back in Canada from vacation on a cold snowy night and my car didn't start.
      They refused to show up or even send a truck to sit in while I did the renewal. I told them it was -20 degrees and freezing. The person on the other end of both calls *** ** ***** *** didn't care.       I purchased a battery 14 months ago with CAA and it recently started giving me problems. I had 3 technicians come out and tell me the issue was the battery. So, having a 3 year warranty, I asked them to replace it. They ran some tests and told me they cannot replace it under warranty because the "test results" came out as though there was nothing wrong with the battery. They also did a test on my alternator, and the technician said my alternator is great, so that's not an issue. Since I had a 3 year warranty for the battery, I tried to exercise my rights as a consumer and have them replace it under warranty. They refused to do so, therefore I was forced to purchase a new battery.

      My family has been CAA members for 30 years we are extremely disappointed with this service.
      *** ***** *** ***** ******* **** ***** ***** * **** ** ******* ***** ** *** ****** ********* *** **** ***** ************** **** ** ******* *** ***** ***** ** ******** ******** ***** *** ***** ******** At my home my car wouldn’t start today and I had to get a CAA tow truck to get it to the mechanic (that was closed) shop.
      I went with the tow truck driver to help him find the mechanic shop and show him where exactly to drop off my car to make his job easier.
      After he dropped the car off (which is a 7min drive from my home) he insisted I get out of his truck in -15 degree weather (not considering the wind factor) and wait outdoors for an **** to arrive.
      He didn’t **** *** ******* ** drop me off at my mother’s home (5min drive away I told him I’d pay him) or even at Yonge and Elgin Mills so I could wait somewhere indoors till an **** came.
      In freezing temperatures carrying 3 bags he left me stranded in the dark on a side road with no shelter in an industrial area******* ****** ********* ** *** ***** *** ******* *** ****** *** ***** ****** ******* ** **** ** ** *** *** ** *** ****** *** ** *** **** ** **** ** *** Not reliable or quality service
