      I recently called CAA to assist while I was stuck on the side of a major hwy. My vehicle had smoke coming out from under the hood, in the middle of a heat wave, during rush hour! Not only did the attendant quickly and efficiently take my call, putting it at priority sequence but I also received text notifications to let me know the exact ETA of the driver coming to assist me and how close they were. CAA kept me informed the whole way through! When the driver arrived and came out to greet me, I immediately knew I was safe! He was super polite, professional and very skilled at his job, while quickly and efficiently securing and loading my vehicle and later dropping it off. His friendly and kind demeanour made the whole experience such a pleasant one that I almost forgot all about my car troubles! I would definitely recommend CAA to anyone as the whole experience from start to finish was a great one! It made me feel safe and taken care of while also costing little because I’m a member. It truly felt like angels were looking out for me that day and I couldn’t praise them enough for such a quick, efficient and excellent response!

      My cube van broke on highway today, CAA tow truck driver named Parviz N. came in and said: This is not covered by CAA and asked 500.00 dollars in cash to tow my truck 2 km down the road. **** ** **** ******* ******* ***** ****** *** ******

      *** ***** ******* ******** you’re better off calling a tow company directly and paying cash! ***** *****. Waited almost three hours in an emergency situation even though I expressed to them the urgency of the situation. **** ***** *** **** *****.

      My daughter is 20 years and alone at 3 in the morning. The car just died. They said I had to get out of of bed, dress and **** to where she was to show my card. OR get a tow tow truck. Are you kidding me ?.?? A 20 year old female-alone. She was was a $45.00 **** drive away.
      Luckily someone had a CAA card and got it towed and drive her hone. ***** ** ***

      ******** ******** I parked my car in an indoors car storage unit in Orangeville while on a vacation . I went to retrieve the car and the battery is totally flat. Called CAA and received a blunt no service. Mind you I have been a Premier Member for years!!!
      And talk about bad bedside manner - this rep had zero concern and utter disinterest in my dilemma.
      Shocking.

      Caa brutal. Left me hanging at midnight in the middle of a dark field. Keys were locked in car and it was challenging to even talk to a human, and they gave me false wait times and dragged me along waiting on a curb for a good part of the night. As a business, they will be fine and this complaint won't do anything but wanted to vent and clarify that I am not in the least impressed with their customer service/care tonight.

      Thank goodness for CAA Roadside Assistance! We were stranded in Hamilton when our car’s transmission failed whilst driving back to Kitchener. The flatbed truck arrived sooner than expected. The driver, Hossein from ******* ****** was amazing. He was professional and friendly. He loaded our old car carefully onto the truck and delivered us to the repair shop of our choice in Kitchener. What a great ending to an unfortunate day! Thank you Hossein.

      ********** ****** Could not follow simple instructions to tow my motorcycle to the garage before it closed despite giving several hours notice and stressing to the agent the importance of the closing timeline. the last time I called for a motorcyle tow it took 4 hours. I cancelled my membership today, will never do business with them again. ****** ** ***** ** *** ******
