      CAA is the worst roadside assistance program. I am paying for the Premium package and the plus package for my spouse and they will not tow my vehicle from where it broke down to the garage it has to go to because I cant be there when its picked up. My vehicle is 3 hours away sitting and they refuse to move it to the garage 20 minutes from where it sits. I am sick and tired of this and hope no one else gets caught in this situation

      I have a classic car and really needed a decent flatbed to retrieve my vehicle on Sunday October 16th. My classic car emergency response provider was unable to find me a tow. I called my regular go to service, CAA. I was told 82 minutes being a busy day. 10 minutes later I got a text stating a tow just became available and will be arriving in 10 minutes. The attendant was fast, polite and helpful. Made my frustrating moment a lot more bearable. Thanks, **** **

      ALERT!!!
      These people should not have jobs: Mike L.-Claims, Simone T.-Claims, Bajwa Y.r-Claims,Omar S.-Complaint Claims, Supervisor of Claims ?
      I’ve spent 8 years and thousands of dollars paying Auto Insurance with CAA to find out these people above have been:
      - ***** to me about processes and procedures with claims
      - Deceiving me about how report information was gathered externally
      - Not providing full health information to other parties
      - Not inputting claim information to CAA system
      - False 50/50 Auto Claims to increase premiums
      CAA as a Company and their Supervisor Supports this kind of Targeting *** **********…?
      P.S. I can’t be the Only 1 they do this to?

      We had a very bad experience with CAA. My husband's cargo van stopped working and we called the CAA they send us someone and the guy said ,"we do not give service anymore to cargo van, I can take your car wherever you want for $400" We did not know that no one warned us before just 3 months ago we had the same problem they did their job but they did not tell us that they do not give service anymore. We waited on the phone for two hours to explain our end one person transferred to other person at the end I said we just got informed can you do one time exception because my husband needs to go to work tomorrow. I will not use your service anymore because I just learnt. They strictly said NO its on your way to do it.
      We paid for nothing and they could help us but they did not plus $400 is way too much for us. We wish we knew it before.

      We called at 10 pm they came at 4:30am I was quoted $55 over the phone at the drop-off location the drive ask for $118 I said the I got basic membership and the first 10 km is free so it went down to $86.

      **** ***** *** ***** ** ******** ******* *** ************ ** ****** ********* after being on hold for 90 minutes to arrange an extension, the girl issued two extensions covering the same period.... now another 90 minutes on hold to try to resolve this double billing issue.... ** ******** * ***** **** ** *** **** ** ******** **** **** ********

      Currently on hold with CAA "travel" for 1 hour and 48 minutes and counting. Recording states "receiving higher than normal call volumes". If someone would answer the phone, I might ask why are call volumes higher than normal. I might assume an answer such as - people looking/booking traavel plans for the winter. If this being the case, did this phenomenon catch someone offguard?
      Perhaps the real reason is they are short staffed and are laying the blame on volumes. Perhaps they should hired additional staff or offer a call back service rather than having members wait (waste) on hold fpr hours.       I'm not sure why anyone would use CAA for roadside assistance. My company uses them for it's fleet and I have been waiting for over 6 hours for a tow. Called back for the third time and they can't even give me a ETA now. It's busy they said, can't imagine what they do in the winter when it is actually busy.

      I have been a member since 1980 and today I felt CAA roadside assistance went above and beyond their normal policies to give me five star service and treatment in thanks for my continued loyalty. I really appreciate they did this and can confirm I will be a CAA client for the rest of my life
