    I purchased ***************** blades size 10 from figure skating boutique website on 12/01/2023 for $1,179.99 CAD. Order number #8218. Received the confirmation email, on 12/4 I called the store asking when my blades will be ship, and representatives informed me that blades are out of stock with unknown availability date. I asked to cancel the order, she advised she cannot do that and I need to send an email. I did email cancellation request. Received a response fro
    Owner that he will do that. Next day - no cancellation and no refund. I send the business a message through ****** since ****** was a payment used.
    Sent follow up email to a business asking for refund. Owner response was- since I contacted ****** - he cannot refund me!! Because there a hold on a account. Contacted ****** and they advised that seller can refund with no problem and there is no lock.
    Sent another 2 emails to a seller asking for refund - no reply. This is very large sum of money to not receive refund!

    Your refund was processed, so i don't know what the issue is.... You complained to ****** and they put the funds on hold, so i could not do anything until they unfroze your transaction.     1. Order#**** Jan 2, 2023: I purchased **** **** Rev blades $743.99CAD online. I found the member discount program right after the purchase and asked if I can cancel the order and repurchase the same item using the discount card. Jason D. agreed to cancel #**** and refund the above amount.
    2. Order #**** Jan 3: I placed an order using the discount card. Items included: ****** **** **** Rev $650.99CAD (blades) **** ******** 220E $618.74CAD (boots) ** ******* Rev 8" $675.49CAD (blades)
    a) Jason instructed me to order ******** 220D and he will change to 220E. The website had no 220D so I ordered 225C and confirmed with Jason that my order is for 220E. Jason also added ******* ********** 8'" to the website to match 220 boots.
    3. Jan 9: Incorrect amount refunded - $650.99CAD
    For **** **** Rev, the store refunded the amount of new order which was placed with the discount card (Order #****) instead of promised $743.99CAD (Order #****).
    4. Jan 15: ******** 225C (wrong size) was delivered. I made multiple phone calls on Jan 16 and 17, and emailed on Jan 17 to discuss the return process. No one responded. I returned the item via **** which cost me $56.55 USD.
    5. I have been trying to resolve the issue and called the store more than 20 times in Jan, Feb, but no one answers the call. In two occasions, a lady answered the call but she said that only Jason can handle the issues and he was not available. I left my phone number but I have not received any response or received ********220E or ******* Rev 8" to date. I also emailed them multiple times but no one responds. I no longer wish to continue the purchase and want the refund immediately. I sent the final warning by email to the store on Apr 21 but no response.
    6. The store owes: Refund amount difference of **** **** Rev $93.00CAD; ********220E $618.74 CAD;
    ** ******* Rev 8" $675.49 CAD; **** Shipping Fee to return the wrong item shipped by the store $56.55 USD

    I bought a pair of **** *** *** figure skating boots in size 255 B from this specific store. They are warnteed under the store for a specific amount of time (around a year and a half). They broke in that time frame. I have sent photos and had conversations with the owner. He asked me if my address was the same (which it is and I also resent it for him) for the new skates as we were under the impression. And the messages stopped after that communication. I called and no answer. I emailed and no answer, so this is my next stop. I seek out my new skates or I want money back so I can purchase a new pair. These skates are dangerous to skate in and are no use for me to wear. The skates were over $900 with taxes.

    Boots are 18 months old, have been worn for that time with no complaints. Customer reaches out in September for a replacement pair which i said i would look into and get to her when stock arrived. Stock has still not arrived anywhere in Canada.... so i cannot replace these at this time. We have a large ocean shipment in customs at which time i would be able to replace them

     

    For the record i was being very nice and covering these at MY expense, as their is no warranty on an **** boot after 90 days. I try to be nice and fair to all my customers, but that seems to lose its appeal in situations like this. i don't deserve the negative reviews for replacing a 1000- skate at my own personal expense.

     

    When the new boots arrive they will be sent to the consumer and this matter will be dealt with. She can keep the old pair as well.
