    I had a warranty issue with an archery riser that had defective paint that I paid extra money for. Specifically the paint would chip off the riser when it wasn’t supposed to. Apparently the special paint job I paid for is fragile, and I had no idea that it was fragile, or that I had to be extra careful with my piece of sports equipment. To resolve the issue I contacted Canada Archery Online. They were instructed by the manufacturer and the distributor from Europe to provide me with a new riser. Canada Archery Online told me that I had to wait until they were ready to submit a bulk order, possibly to avoid incurring any extra costs, such as shipping the riser to me. I questioned this and was informed by the distributor that this was not necessary, Canada Archery online was also notified that they did not have to wait until they were ready to submit a bulk order, that they just simply place an order for my new riser. I was told a second time by Canada Archery Online that I had to wait until they submitted a bulk order. So I complained online, on social media. Later, I discovered that after they had refilled their stock. I went to their website and noticed they had stocked up on new risers, including the one I chose as a replacement. However, they continued making me wait for another 2 1/2 months. * ******* **** ** ***** **** *** ** ****** ** *** ** ** *** ** ***** *** *********** ** ****** ****** They never denied this or clarified truly why I had to wait despite the distributor’s instructions not to make me wait and to simply place the order through the distributor for my replacement riser. Eventually, the distributor had to send me the riser because Canada Archery Online just would not comply with the distributor and the manufacturer directions. In the end I was told by Canada Archery Online to shop elsewhere in the future. **** *********** No problem, I don’t plan on it. *** ****** ****
