      RBC's credit card fraud department is currently unreachable, rendering them unable to meet crucial customer needs. The only way I can reverse fraudulent charges on my credit card is to contact RBC via phone. However, due to "exceptional wait times" ** ***** * ***** ***** *** *** ** ********** ************ *** ****** * ****** ** **** ******** *** ************* ** I am entirely unable to reach an agent. After waiting six hours on hold to retain my place in the queue, I was automatically disconnected. This **** ***** ** ******** ******* ***** ** **** *** ***** *********** ** * **** ** *** ********** *** **** ********** ** ***** ******* ****** ********* renders it impossible for me to reverse fraudulent charges.
