      Holding Cheques for soooo long. Seems easy taking a picture and depositing it right?? NOT a hold of at least a week if you don't take it right in. So annoying especially when it's a 200 dollar government GST cheque like come on. I've been with RBC for 20 years! You don't trust me enough to release a Government cheque after 20 years? My friends all with other banks don't even get a hold. Might switch. Also hold times on the phone are ridiculous.

      I have tried 4 separate times on my day off to get threw to the resolution number to dispute a transaction. They don't answer the phone. I don't know what else to do?? It's super frustrating when you spend 2 hrs each time wasted for nothing. I want this situation dealt with! I will be cancelling my credit card with RBC when this is done. Worst customer service ever! Can a customer service Rep get back to me. Thank you!!!
