      We have been purchasing green coffee beans and coffee roasters from Green Beanery since late 2006 early 2007. The last purchase made was for bulk 20lb order of Tanzania Peaberry. Despite the company having a policy against accepting return orders of green coffee beans, I felt it necessary to advise them that the beans we received were definitely sub-par (flat flavour, tried several types of roasts and brew methods). After going back and forth with GreenBeanery after not hearing from them for over a week, GreenBeanery confirmed that those beans were sub-par but in their eyes did not warrant a full refund (my order was for over $200), instead they would be willing to offer a $10 credit against any future orders I would be placing.
