    I was approached by a ***** ***** ****** ****** with an investment strategy in September of 2023. After discussions and consideration, I decided to invest in LocalCoinInvest which is a crypto currency mining Company. I was called upon to invest periodically and Ms. D. *** *** ********* ** ***** ** ********* ******** helped me make my payments in a timely manner. The Tool/Product was set to mature on 12-23-2022 at which time I would be able to access and withdraw from my accounts. At that time there was no mention of Penalties or Portals. To date, i have not received any documentation on these items.
    On 12-24-2022, I instructed Ms. D. to initiate the withdrawal process for an initial $8,000 USD as soon as available. At that time, Ms. D. said the the availability of my funds was dictated by a Portal of availability. This was new information to me. This delayed my withdrawal into 01-10-2023. I tried to work with this company, but as to Portal became open, NOT before, I was informed of a 10% penalty on my withdrawal. This was an $800 USD fee **** * *** *** ****. I inquired as to the availability of the $800 being charged to my account as my investment had grown to over $33,620 USD in assets. I got a **** reply of NO. I have sincerely tried to work with this company and Ms. D. as their representative to withdraw a lessor amount and have been told that can not happen. Since then, My account assets have grown to $41,120 USD. I was just informed today by Ms. D.That the Portal has closed and my penalty is now $1,000 USD. I was also told that the company has fixated that I will only be allowed to withdraw $8,000 or greater amount. **** * ***** *** **** ******** * *** **** **** *** **** ******** **** **** ******** *** *********** 
    I have sincerely tried to work with these people to obtain the assets that are available from my account. That is why I am coming to the BBB for assistance .
