    Horrible customer service and solving problems skills. My report is lost they don't even have the tracking number. On top of that, they are trying to make me order and pay for a copy of my report and pay for it. The worst experience ever.

    They will take your money and if you're lucky, you'll get an evaluation. ** *** *** **** **** ** *** you enter a dark circle of **** called WES customer "service".
    * **** * *** ******* ******* ** **** ******* ****** * **** **** ** ****** *** *********** * *** ** * ***** **** **** *** ********  I'm in *** **** spiral of fees ******** **** *** "Status - on hold." Continually requesting documents they already have. I'm not going to give them the chance to charge me an inactivity fee. I'm honestly not sure if its staffing ** * ***** ****. After dealing with their customer service ** ** ***** they have no respect for their customers. **** **** ** ** ******** ** **** *** ***** *** *** * ****** **** ***** ******* ** ** * *****  ******* ******* **** ** *** ******* ** *** ** *** **** *** ******  I have restarted the process with another company despite the delays and possible costs. ****** *** *** *** *** ** *** *** ******

    I would not recommend or will ever recommend World education services to others based on how they handle my situation. They have initially send a report to my recipient stating that my institution and program is not recognized and after inquiring to why they just sent a report stating they have revised it without any further explanation or apology for their mistake. They went and said it is a recognized program again without any explanation to why. When I further requested if they can provide an explanation to my board, after 1 month of back and forth request with four multiple representative telling me how to send the request, one customer agent told me that I cant request it, it should be my registration board. Bear in mind this is after a month and a half of inquiry none of them told me about that. I then requested to speak to a supervisor and the only thing she can say is I am sorry but that is our policy....
    If this is their policy why did only one person. Out of five that I called knew it.     Worst Experience - ******** ****** World Education Services (WES) ** ******* *** * ***** They don’t even have a real customer service team; instead, a third party answers the calls. The so-called "support staff" is incredibly ****—they’ve hung up on me multiple times. It’s obvious they don’t care about resolving any issues.
    Their entire operation feels like a ********** scheme to **** people out of their money. *** ********** ** **** ** ***, enabling this behavior and profiting off ******** people. I’ve had enough of their **** and inefficiency.
    Thankfully, I’m in the USA, where I can take legal action. I am filing a report in court and suing them for this unacceptable treatment and ********* practices. ** ****** *********** ***** ***** ********* ****** **** ******** *** ****** *** **** *** ** ****** ************

    ** *** ** ** *** ** *** **** ********** ********** They do not update your status and after waiting patiently for a month+, after several messages sent, they do not help you or get you an answer. After you call them to find out, the customer service rep ** **** ******** **** **** are not empowered to help the customer. They are reading exactly the same thing on the website and the best they can say is to wait. I have patiently waited a month and more, and I explained that I needed the evaluation to get the application, and running against the deadline. The poor customer service team can only listen to customers' complaints and do nothing. The entire system is a failure. There are many other credential evaluation services to choose from. I thought WES has a good rating and the school I apply for recommended also. Unfortunately this is not the case. I am still struggling to get an update.... * *** **** ***** ** ** **** * ********* **** **** *** ***** *** **** *** ** ********* **** **** *** *** ****** **** **** *** ******** I should have done a better research before I paid and choose their service. ********* ** **** **** ****** ** ******* ** ** *********** *** * ****** ** ***** * *********** **** *** ********** ********* They don't care about customers. * ******* * a week later after I spoke to them, still no update, no one called, no email, no nothing. nothing updated in the portal. * ** ****** * ****** ********* **** *** **** ***** *** *** ** **** **** ***** **** ************ ** * ******* *****. ****** ****** ** *** ****** ***** My collage sent WES my credentials on Nov. 19 and it has been about two months, no updates and no way to get to anyone who can help!

    Horrible service. Online platform very confusing, hard to use, and takes forever to update. WES repeatedly flip flopping back and forth about whether required documents have been received, dragging the process on forever. Customer service impossible to contact about what's going on with the order.

    ***** **** *** ******. It has been 7 months and still no result. I have to them my Diploma, I contacted my exam board in the United Kingdom, who followed their instructions to send a certified copy of my exam results, with an embossed envelope as requested, but they did not accept it. This is preposterous. Their customer service is ************** *** unhelpful.     Horrible service! Months have elapsed and I have had only one of my documents verified, Every time you call their help desk nobody can help you. There is no support here - just frustration!

    It's ******** that universities force candidates to use this system to apply. I have a bachelor's degree from UofT and then proceeded to get a Master's in the UK and am currently applying for another Canadian degree.
    I submitted my WES application a month ago and just today got an email telling me that they are requesting my high school diploma from a UK institution. I didn't even go to high school in the UK - my MA is my ONLY international degree. Asking for a high school diploma when I supplied them with transcripts from a Canadian university is ludicrous. When I called, they weren't able to tell me why they need a high school diploma, why they did not ask for this initially, how much time this would add to the process, nor could they fix the information on their system which falsely states that I went to high school in the UK.
    I am now seriously worried that my evaluation won't be completed in time or that they will require even more random documentation later that will hold things up even more. Ordering the high school diploma already puts me back by at minimum 3 weeks.

    ***** ********* ******** ** *** ******** I deeply regret paying to have them evaluate me documents. *** *** *** ****** ********** ******* ** **** ***** ********* ********* ********** ****** **** ******* ************ ** **** These guys will only take your money and you will receive ****** customer service from their agents.
    I sent in my document in May of 2024 to have my evaluation done. I received confirmation from the courier service that my document was delivered. After countless calls, many escalations, and investigations they came back three months after to say they found my documents in the mailroom.
    One month later, they sent me an email that my document is not accepted and I need to reach out to the institution to have them send it directly to WES.
    They have two(2) accepted methods listed on their website;
    1. You request the institution to send it directly to them.
    2. The institution send you the document and you send it directly to them unopen.
    Option number two is exactly what I did just to receive an email almost five months after to say they do not accept that method. A method which is clearly and still on their website.
    Their agents have no knowledge of their job and they are very ****. They frequently disconnect the calls, put you on extended hold without any update and say they are going to send you over to supervisors then disconnect the calls. When you call back, they say they have not records of you calling.
    PROFILE ON HOLD, and no update on how to get this issue resolved. ****** **** ******** *** *********
