I ordered a knee walker on sept 30th 2023. 110.00 fir 4 wks.
My husband found one on *********** fir less money.
We immediately canceled from knee walker Canada. In fact within 4 hrs.
However my 110.00 was withdrawn from my **** .
I attempted to call “*****” email , etc. no response.
On Oct 1st I received an email stating I would be reimbursed my money in “9-14 business days “. Hasn’t happened I’ve tried daily to reach this “*****”.
Mailbox full , no answer. No response.

I placed an online order to rent a scooter Oct 11, 2023. The site promised delivery the next business day. It is now Oct 17 and no scooter.
I called the only phone number on file. The only option was to leave a message. They have not gotten back to me. I also tried contacting them via their online contact form. No response.

Contracted for rental of a knee walker via website. Website promised same day delivery. Payment taken at time of order (credit card online). Item arrived 48 hours later in unusable condition (tire slashed). Multiple phone calls and emails to company went unanswered. 5 days later, company responded via email telling me to take the item to be repaired myself. This is totally unacceptable and I have insisted that a refund is expected since they did not meet the terms they offered at the time of rental.Customer Answer

******** Deliveries - tracking # *********** Contacted the company via phone at 1-844-HURT-LEG on July 3rd. After automatically being transferred to an agent, this individual answered with a “Hello” like a private citizen would, and proceeded to tell me that the walker would be delivered by 5pm on July 4th. Did not happen and no movement on the delivery website.

Hi there,
I rented a knee walker before I had surgery to ensure I was all set up for my recovery once I came home from the hospital That was 4 days ago. I have left numerous emails and voicemails asking someone to call me back re the status of my order. When we didn't heare back after 2 days, my husband rented a walker elsewhere and I am currently using it, I received an email yesterday saying it had been sent, but nothing has been delivered.
I gave Knee Walkers my credit card and am hoping to receive a refund. Please advise.

I ordered a knee walker on 2/22/23 and was told to expect it 2/24 to 2/26/23. When I didn't receive it by 2/27/23, I called the company and was told that it would be here 3/2/23. I would have been ok with that since the surgery on my foot/ankle was 3/1/23. Then when I called the company the evening of 3/2/23 since I still did not have it, I was told that it was shipped 3/1/23 and it would be here the beginning of next week. The gentleman I spoke with said he would send me a link to follow the location of my package and I still don't have that as of 19 hours later.Initial Complaint

I rented a Knee Walker via the website on July 31, 2022 because it was needed to be able to attend an event on August 4, and the website promised same day delivery to anywhere in Ontario. After being charged $110 immediate on my credit card and no walker that day I looked at the website again. One area of the website claims same day delivery, another area of the same website says within 48 hours to Ontario. That sent up red flags. It is now August 4, the event has come and gone and I still have no walker. I have called august 2, 3 and 4, and left messages - no response. I have emailed august 2,3 and 4 with no response. I have tried the live chat August 3 and 4 on their website which says they typically respond in 2 min....
