      I placed my order through *********, #**** on April 26, 2019. I paid 169$ for the Domio Pro+ kit and filled out the delivery survey the following May. The company pushed out the delivery date over and over again, then paused completely during the COVID pandemic. At first they were at least somewhat communicative as to the reason for delays and set new expectations constantly to keep people (myself included) on the hook waiting for the product to ship. To this day I have never received my product from Domio, nor a refund. They have stopped responding to my emails.       I first purchased a single unit on 21 Feb 2020 for AU$355.67. I then returned the unit as Domio advised they had rider to rider units. I returned the single unit and completed a fresh order. The unit was ***** audio unit - Tracking No: *************. It was received by Domio on 24 Mar 2020. I did not receive a refund as I wanted to purchase the other dual system. Orders ***** Communications Unit and ***** Spare mount were paid for on 13 Mar 2020 for AU$547.53 and AU$79.93. On 1 April 2020, I began emailing Domio to ascertain what was happening with the purchases, then COViD hit us in Australia *** ****** ****** *********** ***********. After hearing nothing back after an initial follow up I decided to cut my losses and cancel the order requesting a refund. This refund was acknowledged by countless 'customer service' people who informed me it was approved, it needed to be processed, it took time to process, can I use a ******** account (meaning I pay charges in Australia) as the cheque they said they would send (it would also cost to process). I kept requesting an EFT refund and complied with all of their requests and follow up conversations. I eventually sought legal advice and was informed that my bank could look into it as a ***** matter. My bank allegedly reviewed the case, however because it was over 120 days old I was refused. This is now in it's 3rd year of corresponding with Domio. I was only asking for the exact amount AU$982.93 to be refunded, **** ****** **** ***** ******* *** **** ** ** **** **** ********* ** ****** ******. * ** **** ** ** **** *** ***** I have tried and tried to cooperate and appease this company over and over, I just need help, they are now no longer replying to all my emails and finally at the start of this week, the email have started bouncing back with a timeout error.

      I had previously purchased 2 helmet units and received them with a delay so a delay with this order I was understanding at first. At first they responded with answers like shipping delays because of Covid-19 which I understood but I still have not received my product I paid for. At this point I just want my money back but they stopped answering emails a while back.

      I bought the ******* Helmet Audio + Communication System on Jan-05-2022, received on Feb-17-2022 and returned on Feb-22-2022.
      Contacted the seller multiple times (saved all history as the evidence) asking to refund my money ($161.40).
      The Domio Sports Team Representative was assuring me that they will refund my money soon, asking for more time.
      Their least response was on May-22-2022 asking to give them time till the end of August.
      I contacted them a few times after that, but no response, do device, no money...
      Please help to get my refund.

      There was a promotion that the company was advertising about a handle bar unit that was till under development, but if you bought the sale package today, the unit would be sent in the next month or so. that month passed, and so did a year. after over 20 follow ups on this so called promised product that i had paid for, they are now ignoring all my contact attempts. poor business practice, *** *** ******** ** ********

      I ordered a Domio Pro+ double pack on June 13, 2019, Contribution ID ****. I have been checking in with Domio every couple of months and was getting responses until March of this year. I have not gotten a response back from them since March and I have not received my product. I paid $339 for the kit that I ordered, and would just like to get my money back at this point. I did not ask for help from BBB until now because they had been responsive and I understand the supply chain issues we are going through so was trying to give them the benefit of the doubt.

      I ordered domio headset and noise cancellation Ear plugs that came in the mail but they weren't to my liking if what the website had promised. They have a 30-day money back guarantee so I sent the headset back to the company using my own funds and awaited my refund but it never came as I emailed back and forth for a whole 2 years.
      with customer service about issuing me my refund and it never happened . I just want my money back . Order ******
