    On 2/18/2025, I ordered a set of prints for $49.98. I have not received any additional communication aside from the order confirmation. The money has been taken out of my account. I have emailed their customer service account multiple times without any response. I’ve left a review on their website, sent comments on their social media posts and have reported their account on *********. There is no phone number to call.

    I ordered a personalized ornament on October 18th and have not received the product. I ordered several others from different places on the same day and have received them all. Sent two emails regarding delivery with no response.

    On June 4, I ordered **** Nursery Wall Art - You Are My Sunshine wall decals from Ollie + Hank for $49.98. I have made 4 attempts to contact them with no response from them on where my order is but my card has been charged.

    Hello, I ordered $78 worth of merchandise on 5/10/2024. I received a confirmation email with an order number. Order # *****. However, they never shipped the items. I emailed customer service and have received no response.

    I ordered prints form Ollie + Hank on Jan. 5, 2024, order number 16168. Their website says 3-5 business days to ship. I have not received any update that my order has shipped, although my bank account was charged the $33.98 (USD) immediately upon placing my order. I have attempted to contact them three times, twice through their websites messaging platform and most recently, on Jan. 25, responding directly to my order confirmation email. I have received no response to any of them.

    Placed an order on November 16th, 2023 and received an immediate confirmation email. After a month of no shipment, I attempted to contact the company with no response. I attempted contact again in early January with no response again. I spent $42.97 on a Christmas gift that has never shipped and they still took my money.
