    I ordered a product (a custom print) from them that would require me to provide custom text. The order page did not provide me with a way to provide this text. I still ordered it, assuming I would be provided via email with the means to provide the text I wanted for the product.
    My debit card was charged for the purchase. I got an email order confirmation from them, but again there was no way to provide them with custom text. I emailed their customer support asking this question and got no response. A few days later, I asked for a refund. I still got no response.
    I emailed them a 2nd time asking for a refund, and still got no response.
    I finally had to contact my bank for a chargeback. It went through their normal process which took a few weeks. The bank also never got any responses from them and I finally got my bank to refund the charge.
    This company's advertised customer service email seems to be unmonitored or they simply ignore emails. I never recieved any products or correspondence from them after they took my money.

    I ordered a print and it said 7 business days to ship. It's been over a month and still no word. They do not reply to emails either.

    I sent several emails to get a status on my order and never heard back. I had chalked up the $26 I spent as a loss and ordered from another company. My order ended up magically appearing a month after I ordered it though there was only suppose to be a 3-5 day processing time.
