    I received a ticket notice (#********) for plate number ******* regarding an incident on March 17th at 11:59 AM. I mistakenly pulled into the bus lane under Terminal 1 instead of the car lane due to the short time available to switch lanes. I take full responsibility for the mistake.

    However, I have called the number on the violation over 13 times, left multiple messages, and have yet to receive any response. I am extremely disappointed that no one has reached out to address my concerns. ** ******* *** ****** *************** ** ** *********** ** **** ******* ******* ****** ***** ****** ** ************ ** *** ******** ****** *** *** *** my brake lights were not on—I did not come to a full stop. I realized my error immediately, slowed down to assess if I could safely re-route to the correct lane, but there was no alternative.     Given the circumstances, I would greatly appreciate if this ticket could be voided as a one-time exception. I hope someone can finally take the time to address this matter and provide a resolution.

    Jan 22, 2025 Notice #******** & ********, Vehicle plate: *******- Jan 22, I went to the airport to pick up my family and I received two notice of parking violation from Indigo Park for being stopped at the airport at the same day with minor time different . The car was stopped for a matter of seconds. The fine is 85 for each ticket which is extremely high and I can't afford it. I'm seeking assistance to have the ticket voided. I would like to resolve this matter quickly as I only just received this letter in the mail. below is the information I got from the web portal related to the both tickets received on Jan 22, 2025

    On Sunday Nov 24th I went to Pearson Airport to pick my daughter up from a flight. I did not park in a lot, I did not leave my car, I drove right to the pole marker that I always pick her up from. She put her bag in the car and we left. I wasn't there more then 30 seconds. I did not turn my car off. You sent me a ticket with one notice number and I looked it up online - its a picture zoomed in of the back of my truck and you can clearly see that my brake lights are on - again confirming that I was still inside my car. In my email I asked for additional pictures to prove I was actually parked somewhere and you said you'd send them to me - I never received anything. A few weeks later I received another notice with the same infraction date, time and location but a different notice number (how can you issue a new notice number for the same notice?!) When I look this up, its the exact same picture. Now it says I owe $107.60 x2 but each have the same infraction date and time and location. I called 15 times no answer ever. I finally spoke to someone who was incredibly cryptic, she was confused and said sometimes their system sends out new notices and wouldn't answer any of my questions on why it's then asking for $107.60 twice. I asked her to share the additional pictures they have on file and she said she would send them over via email - that was on January 16th. I have yet to receive any proof. I would like for notice number ******** and notice number ******** to be removed in full as the only picture that is posted to both notice numbers you can clearly see the car is running and the brake lights are on.

    1. Received parking notice for illegally parked vehicle at Pearson Airport.
    2. When Login to there system, for proof and location, they can't show anything except my car number plate. (******** *******)

    I got a ticket in the mail for a supposed infraction on Dec 29, 2024, notice #********. The amount due was $85, unless it was paid after Feb 12, in which case it jumped to $107.60.

    The first issue is that ** ******* ****** ** was only in the cell lot, not parked along the roadway where tickets will be issued. They have a picture of my license plate, but no context as to where the car was.

    Secondly, and the bigger issue, is that I went into the payment portal on Jan 28 to pay the $85 infraction, but was only given the ability to pay the after due date amount of $107.60. I contacted Indigo to inform them that the site was wrong and needed to be updated before payment could be made. They responded via email the next day saying they’d drop the ticket to $60, and the payment portal would be updated by Feb 6 (with an extension on the due date to Feb 15).

    Today is Feb 9 and I went onto the payment portal and the requested amount is still listed as the after due date amount of $107.60. I emailed them again to inform them, and have not paid the fine yet.

    I suspect that they are overcharging EVERY driver they “ticket” since many may not take the time to read the notice from the mail to see that that is the after due date amount.

    It is a blatant money grab and needs to be investigated.

    I received 2 tickets today to for $107 each for parking in "No Parking" area on airport pickup area with mentioning gap of 10 minutes.

    After reaching them by email I got a response, that they will waive one ticket and I will have to pay other ticket.

    I asked for video recording to see whether it was traffic or I was waiting for other car to move to park at right spot so I can pick up my friend, there account receivable department denied to provide same and sent and email ***** **** ** ****** **** **** *** ****** ****** ** ****** ***** **** ****** *** *** ****** ** ******* *** ***** ** ******* *** ***** **** ** ***** The email even says clearly they are not bound to provide video recording for that incident.

    It has already been disputed, and not heard properly. I have mentioned clearly provide a Video not Picture. A person can be in a traffic jam and looking for spot but your company declined to provide or even declined to waive the ticket.

On November 18, 2024 at around evening time i went to airport to drop off my handicap parent and i was somehow given two infractions within approx 30-35 minutes parking. Claim numbers are - ******* & *******. Also this was sent in mail just today (probably due to ****** **** strike) but it states overdue at online portal and includes late fees, which is definitely not fair. I initially parked in front of one of the gates to offload the bags but one of the security guards there came up to me and said i have to move soon from there. I asked him that i have handicap person to drop off inside airport and infant with me, so if i could stop there for while as my partner was going inside to take them to checkin desk and infant was with me. I could not go far, so security guard told me to move up little and wait at the end of terminal. I did as he asked for in order to avoid any traffic build up. I parked and waited right where terminal entrance gates end and he said it is okay due to the circumstances. There was no sign on ground or hanging, stating not to park and wait here. Also i was in the vehicle with my infant all the time and nobody ever came and told me not to park there. No notice was given at all. Only notice is in mail with fine for one infraction but when pulled online with license plate, it shows two infraction within few minutes difference. Can’t understand why nobody ever came and gave warning not to park even though i was told by security guard to park there. Also one of the infraction shows wrong info regarding province, which should void the fine itself. Also photos provided does not shows any clear info that i was parked on wrong place or any photo of signs not to park there around where i was told to park. First time to airport and this happened. * ***** ****** ** *** *** ****** please void both infractions and i promise to be mindful next time visiting airport. ****** *********

    This is a private parking lot and they are saying I illegally parked there however I do not drive much accept locally and never drive to the airport and clearly wasn't me.     Ticket # ******* I went to the airport to pick up * ******. I have noticed in the past cars parked leading to the terminal and never knew it was a violation. I slowly pulled behind the row of cars since I was a few minutes early. I also thought it was ok since I never saw any signs that I shouldn’t be there. I looked at the picture of proof of my violation but it doesn’t show enough evidence. It does not show enough of the surroundings to prove that where I was , was a violation. It doesn’t show my vehicle in an area where there was no parking or stopping. I would like this ticket waived.
    I have tried calling them 3 times and have yet to receive a call back. I sent them 2 emails stating in the first that no picture was included and that I thought perhaps this was fraud and the response was a picture of my vehicle and another with my licence plate but nothing including surrounding area or No Parking or No Stopping signs. In the 2nd email I asked if they could provide me with further proof and I have yet to have a response.

    I drove my ********** vehicle to Pearson International Airport Friday October 25/24 to pick *** up. * **** **** **** ** *** ******* **** ****** * *** **** ******* ****** ** ******** ** *** **** **** *** ****** ** ******** The QR code didn't work & there was no person around to ask for assistance. I pulled onto the roadway & parked along with 15-20 other cars. Upon parking I was told that I could not park in that area & I moved my vehicle within minutes. ** ******** received an $85.00 ticket in the mail a few days ago.
    I contacted Indigo Park to ask why I can't see a photo of the illegally parked vehicle on the online payment portal & was told they would email it to me if needed? Why can't I see it on the site as instructed on the notice I received in the mail? Something doesn't seem right. She was kind enough to reduce the ticket to $40.00 & extend the due date to Dec 6/24.
    I still don't think I should have to pay this as it was my first offence. I was not aware there was a designated cell phone lot at the airport AND my vehicle was moved as soon as I was notified that I could not park in that area. This is just a suggestion for Indigo Park but maybe additional signage should be placed. **** ***** ** **** ********** *** ****** *** ** *** **** ******** ***** ** *** ******* * *** ****** ** ******** ** * **** **** *****  Trust me, I will not make this mistake again.
