  I ordered KN95 masks and they were too small so ineffective
  I sent a picture of what I received which was not what was on their website. I am waiting for an explanation which may be a moot point ??

  Please kindly note that the expiry date for this test kit is very clearly listed on the product listing and was present at the time of this customer's purchase. We list all relevant information for our products on their accompanying product listing so that our customers are aware before they submit their orders with us, as transparency is a priority here at PPE Supply Canada. Further, this expiry date was also listed at the checkout prior to purchase, on the customer's order confirmation page, their order confirmation email, as well as their invoice.   Have ordered from them many times. Always shipped very quickly. Quality is great, especially the ones that are Niosh approved. Prices reasonable, good sales if you watch for it. And Canadian based.

  Lured into a subscription with the promise of 10% off orders.but never clearly stated that they automatically start sending you the same order over and over!
  That’s a lot of masks and money!
  Their product is, however, good.

  Please kindly note that the customer was not “lured” into anything, as they clearly state that they were aware that they were signing up for a subscription. A subscription means reoccurring orders. Our website clearly states that one is signing up for a subscription upon doing so, and that three (3) orders must be made via the subscription before cancellation (although if a customer sends us a request, we are flexible with this rule). There is a 10% discount that is applied to each subscription order, yes, which is most likely what attracted the customer to the offer. We strive to provide all important information and clearly state it before checking out. In addition to this, the customer reached out and requested that the subscription be cancelled, which we did so immediately, while also clarifying our Subscribe & Save program.
