    Background Details:
    When I purchased *** *** concert ticket in Toronto , I believed it included ******** benefits because the price was identical to tickets with such benefits, and the interface displayed “The ********.” After completing my purchase, I discovered that the ticket I bought was a standard ticket without any benefits. Even worse, the price I paid exceeded that of tickets with soundcheck benefits, ***** ** ****** ************** ****** ******* ********** The decision to set identical prices for tickets with and without benefits is misleading *** ******. This pricing structure created confusion ***** ********* *** ******** ***** ***** ** **** ****** Furthermore, I have learned that other individuals in identical situations to mine have successfully received refunds. **** ************ ********* **** **** ** ** ************ Why am I being denied a refund when others in the same position were accommodated? **** ********* ******** ** ******** ******** ** ****** ****** *** ***************

    I immediately contacted ************ to request a refund, but they informed me that refunds were denied by the organizer.     On March 14th of 2023 I received an email from ********@****.com advising me that I had won a $50 gift card from **** ****** ******* by participating in the ******* ** Match Time experience in the ******* ** app.
    I completed the provided declaration and release form and returned it to them on the following day, March 15th, and although I received a 'delivery receipt' from my email message to them I never received an acknowledgement from them.
    I have followed-up with additional email messages and each time I request that a delivery-receipt is returned and each time I get that but no further response.
    I would like to know why I have received no response and more importantly why I have not received the prize as indicated and when I will receive it. It is now two months since the original message so I believe I have been more than patient in this regard.

    I am advising you that I did FINALLY get a response from **** on this -- not surprisingly, not until after I filed this complaint -- which included the outstanding prize.

    In May of 2022 I won a contest through the ******* App that included a ************* ***** mini-fridge, a gift certificate for Real Sports Apparel, and two tickets to a future ******* Game.
    Although I received the min-fridge and gift certificate without issue, no tickets were provided (because the season was pretty-much over by that point) and when I inquired about this I was informed that I would receive the tickets once the new season started.
    The new season has been ongoing for a few weeks now and I have had no contact and received no tickets.
    While I do not believe there is any intentional deceit in this regard, I have not been able to find any other way to contact MLSE regarding this to find out what is happening with these tickets and so I am hoping that this 'complaint' will result in some information/response.
