      I had dealt with this company in the past when it was under another name. I stored household furniture and items for several years. I decided to go with this company again at a different location. I was very happy that they were initially offering 50% off for 3 months promotion. I had a good size Locker, clean space for $200 a month plus tax. I gave this company an excellent review and suggested this establishment to several friends . After the 3 months was up and paying $400 a month plus tax. I was well aware of this and budgeted for it . Approximately a month later they sent me a notice that I would now be increasing my rate $65 a month plus tax. The total will now be just over $525 a month. I was so upset. I asked for 60 days notice as they only gave me 30 days notice before the price hike. I was very disappointed. The woman I spoke with said she would talk to the manager. The manager then sent me an email saying that's our policy and we are allowed to change our prices as we see fit according to markets. Well I can assure you that I can find a much less expensive Locker that's not ******* someone at $525 a month. Unfortunately it leaves me in a stressful situation. I now have to pay for movers to get my stuff out of there into another space that will be much less expensive. I asked them for at least 60 days notice and they did not respond.
      Unless you're willing to be with the storage unit that can change their price whenever they feel like it within 30 days notice * ***** ** ********** Extremely disappointed.
