    Ordered two items May 26, 2022 that were a preorder and said to ship “mid august”. They shipped August 24, 2022. Didn’t receive tracking updates after August 28, 2022 which showed it in the river in Calgary AB. I emailed business on September 13, 2022 asking what was going on and they sent a new package on September 21, 2022. I got my parcel from them September 26, 2022. I opened it today to find the completely wrong product. It was a single natural deodorant that the original company doesn’t even sell. The shipping company they use, ****** have to have mislabeled my package and sent me the wrong product. At this point I just want my money and shipping costs back because clearly after months I’m never getting my product back.
