I pay for 40 mbps download speed and have never gotten the full speed. I’ve been receiving 6mbps or less over the past few weeks with no help from their tech support and they keep asking me to do the same troubleshooting over and over and over again instead of sending out a technician. Manager refuses to call me back and I’ve been refused to talk to the manager. I’ve been told the manager will call me at their convenience. I was also told they would be sending a new modem and router which I’ve not received an email or any type of communication confirming a shipment of such items. Overall terrible experience. Continuously slow speeds, terrible customer service and they’ve made absolutely no effort to rectify the situation.

I joined Diallog but had to change internet providers a few months later. The CRTC states internet service providers must refund any unearned money from the date the customer requests cancellation until the end of the billing term if paid in advance but Diallog's terms state they must be given 30 days notice. As such they tried to keep the money I had paid until the end of the billing cycle. They also did not return the modem deposit I paid. I filed a complaint with CCTS (the investigative branch of the CRTC for complaints) and after the CCTS investigated Diallog agreed to pay me the unearned money back and modem deposit provided I returned the modem, which I already had returned two months previously (and someone from Diallog had signed for the return). Diallog knows they have to return any money from the date of cancellation requested by the customer to the end of the billing cycle if the customer paid for the entire cycle in advance but they try to get out of it by saying their terms require 30 days notice. **** ******* ** ***** ** ** ******* *** * ******* **** ** ** **** ************. Their tech support is also non existent unless it is during normal business hours. **** ******** ********* *** ** **** ******* *********
