    I've Cancelled my Crave subscription canceled on Nov 24th. Only to be charged after my subscription ended on Nov25th and they renewed without permission 5 days after the actual renewal date on Dec 1st. After contacting crave they told me they can cancel next year's renewal and there is nothing to do about the subscription in play, and that refunds are not allowed and you cannot cancel your current active subscription. **** ** ******** ****** ********* ***** *** ******* * ******* ** **** **** **** *** *** ***** ** *** ******* *** **** ******* ** ****** ** ** ********* *** ** ********* I refuse the service at play given to me and am still being charged. Crave has yet to reach back out to me after talking to an advisor ***** ******, telling her I want current subscription canceled and refunded and for a supervisor to contact me about such charges and services. They changed my billing date on me and charged me 5 days after the actual renewal as well. Making it seems as if I was canceled for 5 days without service. They then to proceed to send me a email stating I am now canceled today Dec 4th after me calling saying the service was already cancelled. And that the service that is cancelled will still be active for 1 year to Nov 25th, even though they renewed it on Dec 1st . I would like a refunded for the services I am not accepting and did not agree to and am asking for such service to be rendered and refunded . Only to be told there is no refunds granted or service cannot be cancelled for such active subscription.

    CraveTV held a promotion offering best pricing of the year in Sept 2022. Two months later they are offering future reduce pricing. **** ********* ******* *********** ** ****** ****** *********** **** ** ******* ****** ******* * ****** ***** **** ******  I would like CraveTV to honour their best pricing of the year promotion by applying their Nov 2022 rate to my account and allow me to register for the new annual price point.

    I discussed this request with CraveTV, but the customer service rep would not allow me to discuss this with their supervisor. They continued to go back and forth with their supervisor but refused to allow me to speak directly with them. They have offered a one time credit, $20 (less value than the one years discrepancy), but I declined as they indicated it would indicate the concern was addressed. I would like to be able to speak to a manager directly regarding my concerns.

    Crave TV is the sole *** provider in Canada, and has at this point in time, provided a very poor service for its users. The app keeps crashing, we are sometimes barred from even connecting to it, as the "activation process" does not work, and the number of screens we're alloted is not respected (we're getting barred from all but two connections).
    Update of show's availability is spotty at best, Live viewing usually crashes before the end of each show.
    the quality of service is really bad, and if it wasn't for the exclusivity to ***, I would have switched providers the first month (not months, month, singular.) of subscription.

    Please help! Crave has charged our ********** for a charge we didn't approve!!!

    customer charged for an annual plan because Crave is a subscription based service and will auto renew unless cancelled before the start of the renewal date. Educated customer, removed subscription and provided the refund requested.

    We have successfully received the amount that was charged to us, with the help of Bell Media.
