    **** *** *** ** ** *** ***** ******* ** *** ***** They double charged me for a monthly subscription and then refused to reimburse me for the the amount. The service also never works for my tv and we can never watch anything.

    ** * ***** **** ***** **** ***** * ****** I foolishly signed up for the one year basic plan. I am about 5 months in. I have had nothing but issues. It does not work on our main smart TV or on our phones and has constant freezing and lagging issues. I tried to contact Crave months ago about this and never got a resolution. I tried again today. It is clear that we have not used it because it does not work and they should be able to see that from watch history. I was told that in their very fine print in their terms and conditions, it states that they will not give refunds after the service has started and apparently it also states in fine print that it does not work on certain TVs and devices without subscribing to the expensive $22 premium plan. Their only option was for me to pay an extra $22 to upgrade to the premium monthly plan and they would refund me $24 minus tax even though I would have paid well over $80 (after they told me it was against their terms to refund).
    I did not pay the extra $22 as I had trust issues and did not want to risk being out over $100 at this point. They saw this as me not wanting to resolve the issue.
    *********** ***** ** * ***** It does not work on most devices (unless you have the premium version), they do not issue refunds apparently and their customer service is horrendous.

    Terrible content and app! It freezes all the time, and it doesn’t show us all *** contents from other countries… all the countries have *** with content from other countries that they produce. But we sre limited to the English and French ones….

    Won a free 2 month trial **** ** *** *** from Crave bell media at *** *******. Crave won't turn off auto renew subscription so I can enjoy my free trial that I won. **** *** ******* * ** ********* ********** ** ****** ***** ************ ******** ***** **** ****** *** I never had this much hassle with other free trial subscription services.

    I was away and forgot to cancel my barely used annual subscription. Called in a few days after I returned and had noticed I had been billed. They said the have a "no refund" policy and the fact I had not used the service did not matter.
    The second year was almost twice the price of the first.
    They have very limited content for the cost. *** **** ** ************ ****** **** *** ***** ********* ******* ** ******.
    It's also a very glitchy service.

    As a Bell ******** customer, I was given free access to CraveTV Basic. So, it's free and worth about that much. It is nearly impossible to watch due to the excessive, and I do mean excessive commercial interruptions. Plus, the commercials must be in some format different from the videos because it glitches often making getting through them even more frustrating.
    For a large technology company, Bell Media does a poor job with Crave.

    ******* ****** ** *** ** *** ********* ****** This service has such a weak backbone that if you skip or rewind, it takes longer than if you watched it in real time. In fact, the chances of the image freezing is almost certain at any time. The quality of the image is awful, too.     ***** ** **** ***** *** ******** * **** ** ********* *********** ** ** *** ****** ******** ******* I have followed the instructions on how to cancel, problem is the instructions don’t match the app. Then you are told to cancel through the provider. Mine is *****. ***** was no help. They kept suggesting to use the instruction that DON’T work. Then the ***** staff said I won’t be yearly renewed! I choose month to month, not paid for the year. Then the help person said Dec 1 is my last day with Crave but won’t send me a confirmation email. Instead I was instructed to go through the setting and click “renewal” ***. In the end I called my credit card company and they suggested to cancel my current credit card, so the payments stop. * ******* ** *** **** ******* *** **** *** ** **** **** ************ ****** *** **** ** ****** ***** *** ****** **** **** **** ***

    Ordered Crave through Bell Media... the service would not work on my television. Cancelled immediately and ordered Crave through our service provider!
    Crave was purchased through our service provided and installed immediately.
    Contacted Bell Media for a refund and they will NOT refund the service that would not work
