    I hoped to access movies I can't find on other streaming services, but was severely disappointed. Bell Media is too ***** to get full rights to the movies on their site, so many are only in French. They don't even have English subtitles. For an extremely expensive subscription (****** *** **** ** ***** **** ** ***** ***** **** ** ** **** ** ****), the consumers are given the bare minimum. *** **** ***** ** *********** **** *** *** ****** ** **** ** ** ********* **** *** **** *** **** ****

    ******* ** ******* ******* my subscription was cancelled out of nowhere. I had a very low annual payment for premium because I’ve been with Crave since the beginning ($129). The supervisor I finally got to, after 5 hours, told me that they had no record of me updating my cc expiry date 4 months prior. I had an email receipt but apparently that wasn’t good enough. I could resubscribe for the same service for $239. I said no and he hung up on me. Worst customer service.

    We signed up for crave through crave website on July 15..it is now July 19 and we cannot watch anything as the service constantly freezes. There is very little technical support and a refund was refused. We opened up a dispute with our payment company

    I wanted to rewatch *** *** **** **** in English before going to see ******* in theatres
    Unfortunately, Bell Media has decided to capitalize on this by moving **** English version to a ***** subscription ONLY with the additional cost. Doing a bit of research I found that **** was originally added to Crave in February.

    I had to pay for a premium subscription in order for it to work on my ****, I didn’t want to pay that much canceled it with in 5 minutes. They have no refund policy so it’s not able to play on my tv but they said I can watch it on my phone. Every other streaming service has a cancellation policy if you are unable to use the service crave does now offer this.

    ***** ********* ******** ***** *** Constant buffering, ads every 5-10 minutes. Ads don’t buffer but shows do. Ads get twice as loud as the movie/show is playing at. Freezes constantly. Subtitles are always running behind. Terrible interface. Unbelievable for a major company like bell. Worst thing is, they couldn’t care less, they’ll take your 9.99 and offer no refund after. *********

    Out of nowhere they cancelled my membership, when I called I had THE WORST rep that repeated the same lines over and over instead of just answering questions with yes/no despite my requests for her to respond that way so that I could better understand what she was saying.
    She was not able to gather credit card information over the phone and sent me to their website to update my payment info as it seems my membership was cancelled because I had cancelled the credit card I was using for automatic payments and instead of sending me the warning that payment didn't go through, it was accidentally cancelled.
    I was assured the promotional price I had been receiving before would be honoured, but communication became so poor with her when it came time to walk me through the steps needed on their website, she was not able and I was transferred to her supervisor.
    The supervisor informed me, only once we had gone through all the steps to update my payment, that they in fact would not be able to honour the price I was receiving before. That was when I ended the call at 49:30 minutes. What an absolute waste of time as they will not be getting another dime out of me.
    I did explain to her that I was not given any warning of the payment problem, but she insisted that I did. I made sure to confirm that on her side, it showed they had only emailed me once on November 11th, and offered to send her screenshots of the actual email I had received, but she would not accept that I had not cancelled my membership myself despite not being able to explain how or when I had done so (because I hadn't).
    Everything would have been fine had they done the ethical thing and honoured my membership fees instead of trying to get another $50 for the year out of me because of a screw up on their end.

    It honestly blows my mind when companies just blatantly ignore what customers are saying about their product. It's very clear Bell does not care AT ALL at how horrible this streaming service is. The app is incapable of playing episodes continuosly, I get an error message every single time an episode ends. It also won't play a show from the last episode you watched forcing you to find the show and then the episode you left off on. Bell is happy to take out 20 bucks a month and does nothing to improve the issues. * ***** ********* ****** **** ***** ***** ** **** ******** **** ***** ******* ** *** ******* ** **** *** **** *** ** ****** ******* ******** ***********

    Absolutely terrible experience. Had problems with them for weeks- shows not streaming and they said it was a problem on my end. I have all the big subscriptions and have zero issues with them but still they continued to emphasize it’s not their issue. I got Crave on a promotion and one day they cancelled it without my permission or my request before the year was up. I called and expressed concerns that Crave makes decisions for their customers without their consent. They did not give me the promotion back instead told me to go and check for current promotions and subscribe again.     So bad. Very seldom works. Even when it does it's horrible quality. Picture is garbage, sound is garbage, and subtitles, if they exist, are garbage. Best, it's more expensive than every other service.
