    I'm not going to complain about prices or content. All I needed to know was my subscription renewal date, so I contacted customer service chat. I asked the question and the robo tech said it would connect me to an "expert" for $2. I tried email; same thing. I have no more words. And I still don't know when they'll charge my account.

    Talk about the glitchiest streaming app out there. Don’t waste your money and go with the good streaming services i.e. *******, *********** etc.
    Crave just keeps on disappointing. From not being able to load streaming content properly to erroneous language information.
    We are full supporters of online streaming services but Crave just isn’t worth the money. ***** ***** **** ***** **** *** *** ********* **********

    The platform could be more user friendly! Like make it easier to move or skip episodes without having to go back to the main menu. Also its really annoying when it asks every 3rd episode if I'm still watching!

    Terrible just terrible. I only use 1 device to watch crave and it tells me I'm using too many devices. I've tried signing out I've changed passwords I've tried everything I've been told and nothings worked. Absolutely disappointed *** ********** ** *** ********** **** **** ***** ********* ******* ***** ** *******

    The glitchiest streaming app out there. I have 3 other streaming apps and they all work perfectly, but Crave glitches, has connection issues and technical difficulties constantly. Pause, play, back and fwd all have severe lag issues, the next episode box pops up with 10 seconds to next episode when there's still 30 seconds left in this one, etc.
    It's badly made, badly hosted, limited content and tech support is non-existent and indifferent. They couldn't care less if it works for you.
