    I paid a total of $1130.07 in in-app purchases on their ***** ** ***** Bingo game. I tried contacting their support through the app on 4/2/23 and logged in on 4/5/23 to find my entire account had been deleted. I contacted support because the game had several, several glitches causing the app to crash and me to lose hundreds of thousands of coins, bonuses, power ups, puzzle pieces, etc and I simply asked for the items to return the items back to my account. They never responded to the support ticket and closed my account. I sent a ticket via their website on 4/5/23 and haven’t received a response either and sent another ticket via *** support on 4/6/23 with no response as of yet. I lost all of my progress in the game and will never do business with Clipwire games again. They owe me this money because they deleted my account and all of my progress. I tried disputing the charges through ***** ****** Store but they stated in-app purchases are the developers responsibility to refund. * **** **** ******** ******* *********** **** ****** *** *** *** **** ** ******* ********** ****** ** **** ** ***** *** ******** *** ******** ** **** ****
