    Took my money for add free gaming on bingo story yet ads are appearing EVERYWHERE and can’t talk to a human to rectify this. Also customer service has NO PHONE NUMBER!

    This game doesn’t even calculate points correctly for teams when competing for weekly top spot. We have to constantly message support and ask them to correct our score and they sometimes (most of the time) don’t even respond. I have about 30 messages sent right now without a response. We have been asking for months for them to make points follow the player because a cheating team (named ******) is cycling players to gain max points. Each team is only allowed 50 players so it should only calculate points for those 50 players. If you do play this game, don’t buy anything. Not worth your money.

    0 so many issues with this cheating game! You play, it's takes the stuff you save. It locks up so any coins or bonuses you use you lose! Freezes when using ccs! When you spend money for this stuff and they take it, it is stealing, if they can't keep up, shut it down!
