    It looks like a lot of people liked the product, so I may be an exception. It was a lot smaller than I expected and it was way harder to use than I thought.
    I can't blame any of that on the company, but when I told them I was unhappy and wanted to send them back, all hell broke loose. They resisted mightily, explained this and that and tried to decline the return.
    THAT made me made so I raised fuss in a few places (can't remember where) and they then said they would take care of me if I took down the reviews.
    Putting it all together, I think the ethics and customer service here are way, way short.

    Very sorry to hear that you did not enjoy the collection - while Foreverspin tops are universally well-received, they are not for all individuals. Some people have trouble with using them at first which is typically fixed very quickly with our instructional video, some tips, and some short practice.
    All sales are final and this is explicitly shown to all shoppers on the website no less than 4 times during the checkout process - it's quite hard to miss, though beyond that, it is not the standard for there to be returns available with no questions asked, and especially so for international orders; it is extremely harmful for the environment, it is extremely costly(for both the business and the buyer), and results in individuals buying things on a whim that they don't think about nor do research on.
    All tops in the Foreverspin collection measure 1.4" tall with 1.125" diameter - the dimensions have been calculated to allow for minimal friction and stress on the top's tip while still allowing handling with hands of all sizes; any bigger and the weight increases exponentially making the top more challenging(or even impossible with heavier metals) to spin. The dimensions are expressed on our website and for anyone still not clear on the scale of the tops, there are thousands of customer-submitted videos on *******, *********, and other social medias, as well as the video on our website's very home page, where individuals can see the tops interacted with by individuals of all ages. It is near-impossible to misconstrue the size of the spinning top, and your expectations were completely baseless.
    Our team had reached out to you by phone to seek a resolution, though buyer's remorse and poor research are generally not valid reasons to cause environmental and monetary harm. Your purchase, now 5 years ago, also contained a free limited-edition item as part of the promotion that you had qualified for and your participation in the promotion denied another individual the opportunity to claim one for themselves. It is for these reasons that your request for return was denied and our team stands by the decision and the terms expressed in our store policy.

    I'm going to add one thing to my previous comments. The name of the company is itself a deception. Under any circumstances, it has a limited spin. A lot of people understand that, but does everyone?
    I'm going to say this again since it continues to be a bad experience for me....
    1. I didn't care for the product and wanted to return it. It was too small, smaller than expected, and hard to spin.
    2. They fought me like **** about the return. The resisted the return every way they could. I think I did get some money back in the end ** * ***** *** **** *** *******, but in my opinion, they are terrible, terrible businesspeople.

    Very worried. I have been reading reviews after making my purchase and have seen some people waiting months for their shipments. I am in Florida and use to live in Toronto, so I am very familiar with the customs process. I don't have a way to track my item besides an internal *********** order number that can't be entered anywhere. It's unclear if I will get an actual tracking number. Thus far, I have reached out by email and phone and am awaiting response. Their phone number goes directly to voicemail and can only record 1 minute messages. Again, VERY concerned my $200 went to waste.

All orders are processed and shipped within a 24 hour window and our team does prioritize shipments with express service selected as to ensure that customers receive time-sensitive orders in a swift manner.
    Checking your outreach, your first phone call was placed at 10:38pm on Saturday night with staff obviously not available to take your call. Your second call was placed on Sunday at 9:14pm with staff obviously not available to take your call. You had not sent an email until Monday morning, at which time our team had swiftly replied, and your dedicated tracking information was sent to you the same day by automated shipping confirmation email.
    Our phone service does suggest for customers to reach out by email or by chat if one does not reach a live agent and this case seems like a matter of lack of patience over the weekend. All orders are swiftly processed and swiftly delivered.

    I have a couple of their tops and was very pleased with their products and services. I ordered their iron model along with the free blue one at Christmas. I received an undeliverable message from ****** **** claiming that the item had been sent to their secure facility and destroyed because the package was leaking! I contacted FS and filled out an affidavit so they could receive a claim from **. I was promised a replacement in January. I haven’t heard a word from them since, despite numerous emails and phone calls. Extremely angry and disappointed. I will not let this rest.
