    Due to a fire we needed to replace basically everything. Thankfully when we went into Herritage the first time the salesman was friendly, respectful, and at no time pressure us. He would show us pieces we were looking for then walk away so we could think. Left feeling happy with the purchases made.
    No wonder that when we needed to purchase other items we went back and saw the same salesman.

    Today we purchased a new sectional. We hadnt planned to purchase, but just have a good look around, compare prices and selection and then move on to the next furniture store. Then we met ***************************, sales representative. He walked us through all of our options and quickly zoned in on exactly what would suit us to a tee! He is extremely knowledgeable, professional and personable. Our experience there absolutely exceeded our expectations!! Thank you *****!

    We purchased new living room furniture. ***** helped us with our purchase and was very welcoming when we entered the store. We developed a rapport with him immediately. He listened to what we wanted and helped us pick out the furniture. He was knowledgeable about the product which made us comfortable that we were making the correct purchase. He took his time and made the experience enjoyable overall. We highly recommend Heritage Furniture.

    I find the Staff extremely helpful and found exactly what I wanted immediately. The staff is very friendly especially the young man that helped me. I would recommend the store and shop there again if I need something.

    Great service all around. No "pressure" sales tactics. Helped and listened to my concerns about size for the space I had to work with. Ultimately, they let me come to my own decision - away from the store - and completed the transaction with no questions or attempts to sell any extras.

    I ordered a new Leather, two piece Reclining Love Seat and Relining Couch.The quality is second to non, the prices are in line with other top line product supliers and the service is excellent.
