I dropped off a large consignment of items last summer in July, 2022. I have consigned items to this company a few times before with great success. This time was different. Since I dropped off my consignment, I can barely get any communication. I have tried calling and leaving dozens of emails. I recieve an email response once every few months that just says reports are coming, but is usually just a vague one line email. They have sent me a partial payment for 4 boxes of my 13 box consignment. They still owe me for 9 more boxes. They stopped responding a couple months ago, ** * ****** * ****** ****** ** ********* They initially responded saying reports were coming and now a couple months later and I still have no reports. I can not even get a response from them to find out any information. I basically have no communication at all. I have no idea what has been sold and what hasn't. I expect all has been sold since it has been over a year, but I have no way to know. All I want is payment for my remaining items or my items returned. Thank you.Initial Complaint

The transactions still unsettled were from June - July of 2022. The total amount came to $6230.00 of which I was send 5 different refunds totaling $2,045.78 on November 21 & 28 2022. The outstanding balance of $4184.22 I was told in email on November 7th that the remaining balances would be shipped.
After waiting another 2 months I was told that ALL refunds and items purchased were "cleaned up" was the expression used to me, but nothing arrived or received via refunds other than the $2045.78.
On February 2, 2023 I sent **** & ******* email itemizing exactly the 13 bullion items still pending either delivery or refund? On February 9th 2023 I received this reply, " Hi ****, Thank you for this. We have sent to accounting to review as our notes indicate everything was looked after. We will be in touch shortly."
At the time of this email (March 11th 2023) I have still not been contacted, via email or phone.

I purchased over $12,000.00 of items through three different auctions almost a year ago. I have tried contacting them through phone and email (*** ********), but have yet to recieve my items or a refund. ** *** *** **** *******. This business has horrible customer service.
Never answers phone calls. Takes weeks to return voicemails and emails. Expects quick payments of invoices but does not deliver goods within their estimated timeline.
I would absolutely stay away from doing business with this company.Business Response

At the end of July,2022, I purchased and was charged for **** ***** and some *******. The total was about $4000. I have not received any shipping information from Auction Network. I have phoned many times as well as sending numerous emails. The phone calls are never returned and no tracking info is ever provided .I offered to pick up the items when I am in Toronto but still no replies from them....Business Response

Bid and won various auction items- coins, silver, gold on August 1 2022. Sent etransfer of $605.45 on August 2 2022, the total for all items, then another $19.11 on August 8 2022 for shipping, where I added a note to require a signiture for drop off or deliver straight to the post office. I waited to get info/tracking number. After 8 days of no notification, I sent an email August 15 requesting info - courier company used, tracking number etc. Received the automated response that I would hear back in 1-3 business days. No response from them. I called on August 18, left a brief message with my concerns of not hearing back from anyone and not having any info. I than asked to be called back. I got no call back. I called again the next day, August 19, the message I left was the same..asked for more info and for a call back. I received the first and only response August 25 by email, stating that "This shows as shipped. We will have our shipping team confirm today." I replied to this email, asking again for the info of when, who etc., which I believe should have been disclosed in their email to me since it had already been 10 days since I had tried contacting them. I then again received the auto response that I would hear back in 1-3 days. I called for the third time the next day, August 26, again having to leave a message (there was never a live person that answered for any of the calls) explaining my concern about the lack of communication and zero information/transparency on their part, * ******** ** ** ****** ** **** ***** ** *** ************ repeating what I had written in my email message on the 25th. It is now end of day on August 29, and again no response received by this company, leading to this complaint. It's basically one month later and I am out a lot of money and have none of the items I paid for. At this point I no longer want to deal with this company and want a full refund. Please help. - I bid on items from this business via an auction and paid in full right away. They were very late with shipping and didn't give me any information until I had contacted them several times
- When I finally received my items. There was a modified receipt that indicated a refund (dated August 16th) on several items that were not included in the package ( completely unprofessional since I was the winning bid on them). I NEVER received the refund
- In my package, two of the items for which I was charged in the modified receipt were also missing (**** **** ******* and *** **** **** ********).

I bid on items at Auction Network on July 26th, received an invoice in the amount of $106.67 which I paid by e-transfer the same day, to date I have not received a think from them. This was a free shipping auction. On Aug 2nd I send and email asking when the items would be shipped, no reply, On Aug 6th I sent an email letting them know I had not received anything yet and could they please provide me with the tracking number.no reply. I emailed agin later that day they responded they would go and check the warehouse right away.
I emailed the next morning asking if they had any luck . They finally sent me an on the 10th say it was shipped out on the 9th. I then sent them an email asking for a tracking number they never provided one. Today Aug 15th they sent eainvoice showing that they had refunded me $90 of the $106.67 on the 9th via e-transfer but have not received a thing, also received an email after that on say the was left on the shipping dock in error and would be sent today. At this point I am extremely frustrated as I feel they have been making up excuses and none of it is true. I am hoping someone can help me, as I am seeking a full refund of $106.67 not $90.00 as they stated.Business Response

I did finally receive a refund after I filed the complaint, it took about 20 emails to get anywhere with them, poor business practice. I would like to close the case.
