      This "insurance company" is my employer's benefits provider. Over 8 months of paying premiums and they are denying 100% of my coverage claims. I have spent over 6 hours on the phone with their reps, have been promised multiple supervisor follow up calls "within 24-48 hours" for months. No call, no claims being processed, over $2600 owed to me according to my coverage, and absolutely no accountability. ** *** *** ***** ********* ******* * **** **** ***** ***** ********** ********* ***** *** **** ********

      They’re *** *****—completely unresponsive.
      There’s no way for a customer to have their voice heard by management. **** ******** *** **** my employer chose them for our group plan. I’ll make sure never to use them for my personal insurance in the future.

My call to them was met with disinterest. So I have the option of paying way more **** * *** ****** or securing other insurance . This means walking away after paying in for over 10 years where I will never make a claim ******* ****

      Terrible cusomer service. It's taken 11 weeks and counting to transfer my RSP money from Manulife to my bank - with no resolve.
      Their motto must be "We're not happy 'till you're not happy" !!!!!

      I had a small RRSP pension from a previous employer. After leaving the company, I kept my account with Manulife. I didn't get any semi or annual statements. Several years later I finally setup an online log-in to view my account and found out they've been charging me $15/mo. service fee. It would be nice if a Manulife representative could have reached annually give me an update on my RRSP account.

      Calling Manulife as a Dental Provider is impossible. We try to help our patients by being direct billed but when we try to call them about a declined payment we are just directed over and over to a voice system. There is no way to talk to a "real" person. This is the ***** *** most frustrating dental insurance company I have ever dealt with in 18 years.

      They lost us as clients after they decided to n cancel coverage for the RSV vaccination when Canada health is encouraging us seniors to get it. This is $293!!

After four attempts on the computer and two phone calls with their reps I still can't gain access to my account or even make a claim even though all the login and password info is correct.       It took two months for Manulife to process my short-term disability claim, they literally sent me a response on my first day back to work. They denied my coverage on the grounds that I don’t consistently work the minimal number of hours they had in a contract between themselves and the company I work for, I wasn’t even aware of this.
      My hours are all over the place, sometimes I get stat holidays, sometimes I don’t and I have to ask for it to be on the following pay, vacation isn’t always paid-out during vacation time it accumulates and is paid out at the end of the year, hours are missing here and there, and sometimes my hours just fluctuate based on staffing needs. Therefore, my hours can vary from week to week.
      Regardless, the company I work for and myself have been paying for these benefits (STD, LTD, Dental, basic health) since 2021. Basic health claims are processed usually within two business days, no problems. So why would prescription claims be covered and not ***? When I look on my Manulife account includes ***.

      Worse claim department ever. They say they can't process claim on a cash register receipt even though it contains all the information they need. For 8 years I have been sending in claims for the same products using cash register receipts with no problems now they are refusing to accept these. What am I supposed to do
