      I have my retirement plan with Manulife but regret to say that when I need my money I have to waste so much time behind Manulife.
      I made my money by filling up the online direct deposit option. But after some time I felt that the money had not been deposited into my account so I called Manulife so time they asked me for the void check. So I sent my void check on 13 Feb. 2024, after that two times I called them but my money was not deposited to my account.
      My feelings towards Manulife is the worst customer service and not recommend it.
      It's customer money and hard to get it.

      Going through a separation they hold 2 pension plans for me and they have 100 hoops to jump through and everyone is willing to give you the incorrect information. Make it impossible to access your own money. ******** ********* ****** ** ****** ******** **** **** ** **** *** * ****** I know as soon as i can I will be moving all my money from them. 0 accountability for anyone who serves you with incorrect information No one cares at all.

      It took Manulife almost 2 years to issue me my late mother’s cheques for her estate. ********** *********** Have been hung up on MULTIPLE times, have every excuse under the bus, would never allow me to speak to management. An estate for someone who passed away should be closed within a year, this has been almost 2 years on going. I will be seeking interest on top of the money that was supposed to be sent to me with legal counsel. ********** ********* ** **** ******* *** will never ever recommend them to ANYONE.

      Been charged $143.04 for "fees" of benefits I've never paid a dime for in nearly 9 yrs with my employer, LTD worker cant even give me a proper answer as to why, and passes the buck off to someone else to try and answer who has then passed the buck off to another department to get back to me in another 5 days after trying to get an answer since December 1st.
      Case workers seem to reply to emails when they feel like it and seem to be on holiday every other weekday. *** **** ****** **** ****** ** *** ******* **** * **** ***** ******* ********* ******** ******* **********

      This is the worst bank I have ever dealt with, they are closing my account with no reason, furthermore, they are holding all my money until certain date they determined it. I am going to sue them and taking them to the court for the damage they have done to my business.

      Manulife purposely forces you to do claims by physical mail to deter you from getting what you're entitled to. Completely unacceptable.

Paying into this for years , my husband has an accident we make a claim it’s been months and the constant **** ******** they don’t have this document and that document calling the doctors and hospitals liars basically saying they haven’t sent documents in they have multiple times it is the adjudicator Angela *** ** *** **** * Definitely cancelling *** ** *** *********

      Echoing the same thing everyone else is saying here. Manulife will not pay for treatment, even though you are 100% covered. It's a fight to get the coverage that you're entitled to. They play the run around game for MONTHS.... constantly getting transferred and never calling back when they say they will. **** * ******** ****** *** ** ********* ******** **** *****

      I applied for an Advantage account with their banking division and was approved. However, due to unexplained restrictions, they are unwilling to accept my current financial institution, ************, as eligible to approve my identity and proceed with transferring the funds. I called only once and was given a solution that cannot work in my case. I sent 4 emails in the last few weeks, including to their escalation email, and haven't gotten a single reply. Their customer service is absolutely worthless.
