    ** *** *** **** **** ********** The driver drove onto our walkway, damaged 11 stones. When the driver came back, he was confrontational, angry and told me to ***** **** and expressed "get me fired, I don't ******* care."
    I sent the pictures of the damage that Riepert's driver caused along with the estimated cost ($2000) from the installer. I was then insulted by the "operations manager" Scott when he merely "offered" us a $200 ***** gift card for us to replace the stones only. There was no further discussion about Riepert owning their problem that they caused. We were also told that the stones were installed "incorrectly" and shouldn't have broken by Scott (I guess he's also a General Contractor, too???). It's 4-tonne truck vs patio stones. There were no apologies or reasonable offers. Just left with damaged property, and a reason to stay away from Riepert Salt & Supply.
