      The shutters were ordered start of June *** ** **** ***** ****** which my husband and I own, installed July 8/22. Shutters should have been measured to fit inside of the windows, they were not. Shutters were all to be the same, we ordered all split. Only one was split. Installation of shutters were ********, gaps between all windows upstairs and screws all visible. Downstairs does not close properly. Debra said nothing could be done about the mistake she made, manufacturer would not change because she ordered wrong type. We paid ***** ***** ***** **** *** ***** *** **** **** ***** **** ********** ****** *** **** ********  Steve came over July 29 to fix installation and address issues or so we were told, he refused to install them properly and was going to cut our new shutters to make them split. ** **** we had said because it would void warranty. On Aug.2 we then gave them 2 options to resolve, 1st option was to reinstall the upstairs windows properly and remove the downstairs with full refund because it didn't match the other shutters and won't close properly. 2nd option was to remove all of them with a full refund. Steve agreed to ** ******* ***** that the 2nd option was best. Debra also texted ** *** **** and said the same thing, the boys could come out tomorrow. ***** *** **** ****** ****** **** ***** ** ** **** **** * *** ***** ** ***** ** *** **** ******  **** contacted them Sept. 2 and asked when they would be by to remove and refund the shutters. Steve said NO to what both he and Debra had agreed upon. I **** ******* *********** **** ************* ******** ***. We paid $3700.00 no written contract other than texts and no bill given to date. If they remove them, all trim will be damaged plus time and frustration to get this resolved. ******* *** ****** *** ** ********* ****** *** ****** if not settled will proceed through small claims. Thank you ****** *****
