Installed a drive shaft and it broke and ruined the transmission. I went there with photos. They denied having done anything wrong. I will be taking this to court. They destroyed my sons truck.

Came in for a safety check and it took 3 hours all for them to tell me that the car didn’t pass and needed thousands of dollars of repairs (the car just passed a safety inspection a few months ago in a different state) and I had just spent $1500 on repairs a few months earlier at a different car place. I got charged $145 for their time and no one seemed to care about my concerns. I thought they over exaggerated a lot of things that needed to be fixed for their advantage. Terrible company and I will never go there again! I’d like my money back because I feel it was wasted for nothing.

      Hello,

thank you for taking the time to leave your review.

Unfortunately safety inspections for the Province of Ontario may be a bit more stringent than certain States in the USA. As per MTO rules once we do a safety inspection a three page full written report is given to the customer outlining the findings of our licensed mechanics, and reasons for the failure. This report was given, and details on why the items failed listed. Our technicians and service staff do not make any commission on parts or labour so there is no advantage for our staff to upsell items that are not required.
