    I asked the Laptop Doctor to update my computers software. He did not do that. He updated the hardware and changed my driver. Maybe it was a misunderstanding I'm not certain. If my computer was running properly I wouldn't complain. However, after the Laptop Doctor fixed my computer the delete button does not work and the quotation mark button doesn't work. ******* **** ******** ***** ** ** **** **** ****** ** ******** *** ******** ** * ******* Also, my computer screen is loose and every time I use the computer it tends to lay backwards so that I have to lift the screen every time. As mentioned Im a writer and soon to be student and basically my computer is ruined because without a delete button working it will be very difficult to take notes in class. Also, I asked him to add my brother printer software which he deleted when he supposedly updated my computer and he did not do that. Ive been using this computer for ages for university and writing the three books which I have published online. So, I am not asking for a refund of my computer which I bought at ****** ***** Nevertheless, I am asking for the amount of $ 280 to be returned to me which is what I paid the laptop doctor.     Regarding Mrs Abear complaint. I do guarantee my work. I did not receive a call or complaint about the issue.

    Customer should have contacted us within few days if some keys are not working, after few days, I would presume that the customer must have spilled liquid again. In general, keys stop working when liquid is spilled not because wrong install.

    We can not issue refund as the customer did not take up the issue with us.
