      I order two products from this site, a pan and a lid for the pan.
      They only shipped the lid. It has been 5 months since I placed the order.
      They do not return any of my customer service emails requesting a refund. Their phone line is not in use.
      All their reviews are fake.
      I just want my money back for a product that was never shipped, and to be able to return the useless lid.

      I ordered pizza oven accessories in September 2022 I have still not received the products. I have sent multiple emails and there phone number goes straight to voicemail however I cannot leave a voicemail. I am unable to get a refund and am frustrated as my bank is unable to issue me a refund as I need to reach out to the vendor. On the vendors website they said the products are available and will ship out however I never received them.

      I made an online order to the Cookstore.ca on November 15, 2022 for two
      ***** - 13" Cast Iron Square Pure Grill Pan Cherry Red (33 cm) - ********* × 2 $455.98 + tax = $515.26 They charged my credit card immediately... they confirmed the order... and nothing since... I have tried emailing them at the address they said to ... their main email address [email protected]... never a reply... I have tried calling them... getting only a message to email [email protected]... which I have also done several times... no reply... I have also called the service number 1-888-975-1595 (28 times so far...) and get no answer...no message ... just goes to a busy signal. * **** *** **** **** ** *** *** ********** ***** **** ********** *** *** **** ** ********* ** ******* ** **** ******* I am hoping that you can help me either get the products (in a reasonable time frame) or get my money back.       On October 11, 2022 I paid $114.09 CAD to cook store.ca for several items. I have emailed and phoned several times to attempt to receive an update on my purchase. All communication has been ignored on their behalf. I am requesting help to either cancel the order and receive a refund or delivery of purchased and paid for items.

      Placed the order November 7th. I purchased 2 Omcan - Adjustable Dish Caddy - ***** for a total of $2339.98 + HST. My order number was ******. I have emailed and received a response the first time saying the order was backordered. then I tried to follow up again, I have not received any responses from anyone. They have already charged my credit card for it. I just want my money back at this point. thank you

      On August 25, 2022 I placed an order with this company # ****** for 2 paring knives. I emailed several times inquiring about the items availability and after two replies with potential dates, in December I requested a refund of the order amount $64.38 and did not receive any response.       On November 7, 2023, I made an online purchase on the Cook Store Inc. website to the amount of $201.03 CAD and got confirmation of the purchase via email. The package was never delivered. I tried multiple times to call their contact number, but could never get through to anyone. I also emailed them on December 12 and again on December 15 to get a refund, but never got a reply. When calling again today (January 9, 2023), the phone call goes directly to an inbox that says "the inbox is full".

      I ordered a Smeg toaster from Cookstore Canada on January 3rd 2022 (order #******) and knew that it was on backorder (2-4 weeks back in stock). I was patient, and ended up following up a number of times throughout the year for updates after this window of time went by. While I received friendly responses, I wasn't given any specific timeline of when I could expect it. I finally decided after a year of not receiving that I would prefer a refund and that I would buy the toaster elsewhere. Since I requested a refund, I haven't gotten any responses from customer support and would really just like to put an end to chasing my product and hoping it will arrive. It seems as though as soon as I requested the refund they started to ignore me.
