      I placed an order online March 16/22 and I did not receive the whole order, I was told that the **** **** 16 cover was backordered, I got several updates when I called on when I would receive the cover but now they no longer answer the phone when I call.

      On Oct 3, 2022 I ordered a ****** tea kettle from the Cook Store. On that same day they charged my **** and to this day have never delivered my kettle. They answered my first 2 emails, promising that the kettle would be delivered but after that no further emails that I sent were answered and they do not answer their phones. This is quite the scam and they should be charged.

      I have sent at least three emails and made three phone calls with no response or no one actually picking the phone up. The charge has gone though on my credit card which I have now requested charge back for $229.89 but not sure they will be able to do it. I ordered a fry pan, a milk frother, and a couple other items and have not have any update or delivery, They say they will respond to emails but don’t and I have stayed on hold up to 30 minutes with no one answering. I have ordered in the past and gotten my items so I think there is some issue here, perhaps they are having financial issues?

      When I Ordered in august they said around 2-3weeks for the delivery.
      Keep waiting until November 24 tht was the last email fm cookstore and said finally resolved the inventory issue and will ship out by the following week.
      Since Dec 9 seems no one email me and can’t contact them anymore.

      Thank you for reviewing this complaint. I ordered items from Cook Store on November 25th, 2022. The order number is ******. The total was $325.03. I paid for the items in full using my credit card. The order has remained unfulfilled to this date. I have called the company over 10 times throughout the month of December. As of January 5th, 2022 their advertised "expert help line" (1-888-975-1595) rings twice and then disconnects. Prior to this, there was an automated message that instructed the buyer to send an email to [email protected] and the email will be responded to within 1-2 business days. As of January 5th, 2022 I have sent 6 emails since December 23rd, 2022. When I have remained on hold on their expert helpline, there has never been an individual on the other end pick up. After 15 minutes or more, the call was automatically disconnected.

      I believe I have done my due diligence in trying to establish communication with this business. I now have a significant charge on my credit card since November 25th and no status on my order and no ability to follow up with the company. On review of web entries surrounding this business, I see that I am one of many individuals experiencing the same problem. I am concerned that others will fall victim to this company and potentially lose money as a result of their poor (or non-existent) service. Specifically, I am now looking to have this order cancelled and a full refund on my credit card. I have filed a charge dispute with American Express as well in an attempt to recover my funds. I have uploaded the pertinent documents that show the charge on my credit card, confirmation of the order remaining unfulfilled since November 25th, 2022 and the numerous emails I have sent Cook Store since December 23rd, 2022.       Placed an order for a cooking pan on Sept 17th , 2022. Shipping was delayed but was promised in early December I would receive well ahead of the holidays…never came . The item was $ 314.00 . They did deduct 20.00 off of my order for the delay and that has been the last communication with this place. I have sent numerous emails with no response and you cannot get thru their phone lines , have tried this as well . I cannot even ask to cancel my order and to refund me , I want to know if this store is still in business and how do I go about resolving this issue . This was an expensive item and I feel that I am being ripped off for my money . What do I do?

      An order was placed online on November 17, 2022. Order number ******. Credit card charged on the same day.
      Product ordered has not yet been received. There has been no update regarding order status.
      Unable to reach merchant by phone. Phone calls to published number were answered by recorded message to send enquiry by email. There was no way to reach a person by phone.
      2 emails sent to enquire about update. One reply received on December 1 that order will be delivered in 3 weeks. No update since, and no order received.
      Emailed merchant 3 times to cancel order. No response from merchant at all.
      I have reached out to credit card bank to try to get a refund.
      I am submitting this complaint as I have read many similar complaints about this business online.

      I ordered a Cast Iron Skillet November 25, 2022. The order was paid for and confirmed. The order has not been delivered. I have been unable to contact the company to resolve this issue.

      Ordered 5 items in May 2022 and they shipped 4 out of 5 items. I followed up many times with them providing a response of the last item is delayed and it will go out as soon as they receive the item.

      A few months ago they have stopped responding altogether to any and all correspondence. I have left reviews on their website to try and see if they would reach out, and it seems they are actively removing any and all negative reviews.
