I placed an order on November 20 amounting to $445.19 Since they took my money I have heard nothing after 6 attempts to contact them. My last requests were to cancel my order as I needed it by today as a birthday gift. Still no response from them. I paid with my ****** account and I would just like a refund. My order # is ******. Their website now shows they have no stock of any of this brand. I have since ordered it elsewhere and received it in 4 days!!!! I would certainly appreciate your help in getting my refund.

I ordered a coffee machine on September 27. The cost was over $400. Cookstore has not reposted to my emails. I have requested a refund. They do not answer the phone. I may have to sue them to get my money back.

Hello. I have been having problems either getting the product I ordered or a refund from a business in Windsor. Online purchase on 17Nov22 from Cookstore.ca for a **** coffeemaker. Order# ******. This business had a BBB designation, so I thought it would be good. Further investigation reveals lots of issues similar to mine.

Dear Better Business Bureau,
I placed order #****** on November 16, 2022. My credit card was charged by Cookstore.ca for the full amount of the order. On November 29, 2022 the items had not shipped so I contacted [email protected] as the order was time sensitive. I initially was able to communicate back and forth with a customer service representative via email on November 30 and December 1, 2022. The representative confirmed via email that my order was delayed and that the order can be cancelled and refunded. Following some back and forth about the order and potentially shipping one of the items (emails attached), the last email I received from Cookstore was sent to me on December 1 at 10:29 AM. I responded asking that one item that was still in stock still be sent to me as the representative had offered to do. I received no response or information. On December 5, 2022 this one item was now out of stock so I emailed Cookstore requesting a cancellation of the full order and a refund, as well as a timeline of when to expect the refund. I received no response so I emailed again on December 7, 8, 9, and 12, 2022 (attached), each time requesting the cancellation and refund. I did not receive a response to any of these emails. My order status on the Cookstore.ca website still says Unfulfilled and no refund has been issued. I would like this entire order to please be cancelled and refunded in full to my credit card.Initial Complaint

I ordered a steaming unit from this company on line for $430.49 on Nov 23/22 and have emailed them twice to get an idea of when the shipment is expected to be shipped and received no reply.
I’ve since called and was immediately put on an answering system with no option to leave a message.
I have tried once more to email their [email protected] address and waiting with little expectation of a response.

Made a purchase Nov 22, 2022. The items have not been shipped and the company is not responding to emails (sent Dec 5 and 10) and the phone line is set so there is no customer service for orders placed and even selecting other options I have sat on hold for over an hour. This item was intended to be a Christmas gift and with days until the shipping deadline with their shipper (Canada post) it’s looking like this item will not arrive in time if at all. They seem to be accumulating poor reviews on google etc. for non fulfilment of orders and unfortunately I think I’m also affected.Customer Answer

I’m looking to adjust the resolution request on my complaint to refund. This item was originally purchased to be a Christmas gift and if not shipped by now it will not arrive in time. As a result I have had to repurchase the item elsewhere and will no longer need the one from ************ because of this. If it’s possible to adjust the file I would appreciate it.

I purchased a ******** ***** 8qt slow cooker(red) on-line November 30th, 2022 for $71.32 receipt #****** with Cookstore Inc. HST/GST# ********* ** ***** The website showed that it was in stock. In fact, I was corresponding with an on-line chat representative who price matched the cooker. Since the 30th, when I go onto their website and click on 'on-line chat' to correspond with someone it is unavailable and it appears that the cooker is now out of stock as is everything else on their site! They sent me one e-mail to confirm my order on November 30th and that it was 'unfulfilled' so I gave it a few days but still unfulfilled! I, to this day have not received the cooker.
I have made numerous phone calls but no one answers the phone. I have sent e-mails and no one replies and on December 9th, 2022 I sent an e-mail requesting a refund immediately. I have checked with my bank to confirm that the charge went through which it has and notified them of the problem. I made two transactions on cookstore.ca on 28 and 30 November 2022. It said shipping in 7-14 days, but I have not received anything yet, no shipping notice, and my money has been taken already.
I tried to contact them since last week, but nobody answered my calls or replied to my emails. When you call the number 1 888 975 1595 on cookstore.ca webpage, a voice message says to email [email protected], and they will reply within 1 business day. I have been waiting for 7 business days, and no response.
Right now all the goods on cookstore.ca are in the status of 'sold out'. That seems not right.Initial Complaint

I placed an order on November 25, 2022 for a Christmas gift. I have not yet received any shipping confirmation and have sent multiple emails to find out when the product will be shipped and have not received a response. As the product will not arrive by Christmas even if they were to ship now so I have tried to contact them to cancel the order. I paid for ** ***** - 11" Choc Extreme Non-Stick Fry Pan (28 cm) - 8310.28 from cook store on December 1 2022, i received a email confirmation, (ORDER ******* but nothing since. This is supposed to Christmas gift and I need a ETA, they have my money but i cant get anybody to reach out to me. I want a refund if this item is not available.
