I purchased 4 items from the vendor on November 8, 2022
As of December 12, 2022 I had not received the items.
I sent an email to the vendor to have some information on the status of delivery and got no answer back.
I tried calling multiple times but the vendor never answered the phone.
I sent an email the following day requesting to annul the sale and to reimburse me.

On July 31, 2022 I placed an Order with CookStore for the ****** - 4 Piece Set Knife Organizer - 1155 × 4, for a total of $90.64. My credit card was charged and I received a reply immediately that said…
"Thank you for your purchase!
ORDER ******
we are getting your order ready to be shipped. We will notify you when it has been sent."
I heard nothing for months, so on November 30, 2022 (4 months after the order was placed) I started a process to check on the status of my order. In short, I could not reach them by phone at all. So, I submitted an online request for either the product to be sent or a refund provided as per their process. I heard back on December 1, and they stated “…before we issue the refund would you perhaps like to take a look at our website to see if there might be another item(s) that you would be interested in? We'd be happy to make the changes for you! We of course would refund any differences in price and if not we'll get that refund taken care of for you. Just let us know! items “
I wrote back within 40 minutes asking for the full refund. Since then, I have not heard from Cook Store. I assumed the refund was being processed but it has not shown up. So, on December 8 I asked for an update. Again, no reply. I have tried calling the toll free number without success. December 9 I asked via email again for the status, no reply. I submitted a negative review to the Cook Store website and it was taken down. I submitted the same review to google where it is visible to all.
I have been following up almost daily and I get no reply. I called Jim Laframboise who is listed as the President multiple times and texted him. I got no reply. I wish to report this as disreputable conduct.Initial Complaint

I placed an order on Nov 28 2022. My credit card was used. I have received no communication from them since regarding a tracking number which I have requested several times.. There is no customer service available. I have read reviews which say they are not reputable.Initial Complaint

I purchased an ***** ***** steamer on November 18, 2022 as a Christmas gift. It has not arrived yet but the company has charged my credit card. I have emailed to inquire about the status of my order but have received no response and when I phone the number on the website, the voice message says to email (no option to leave a message or speak to someone). I ordered 8 items totalling $111.88 (tax included) on November 30, 2022. My credit card was charged December 1, 2022. I haven't received any of the products nor have I received a shipment notification or any communication from Cookstore since placing my order.
I phoned Cookstore several times only to be cut off each time after waiting on hold for 30 minutes. I tried both options (1 for existing orders, 2 to place an order). When you press 1 for existing orders, a recording comes on telling you to email them and that they will respond within 24 hours, when you press 2, you are placed on hold for 15 minutes, then a recording is played asking you to select option 1 or 2 again, then you are put on hold for another 15 minutes, after that time, you are told they are having technical difficulties and you are disconnected.
I emailed them asking when my order would be shipped. They didn't respond. Then I emailed them asking them to cancel my order and refund my credit card. They didn't respond.
The items I ordered are Christmas presents. I have no idea if they are in stock, if they will be shipped before Christmas or if they will be shipped at all.

I ordered 2 items from this store on November 18, 2022.
They took the money from my ****** Card.
I have not heard from them since despite sending them many emails.
Their contact phone line directs you to send an email to [email protected] but I never get a reply.
At this point I do not know if or when I will receive my items
I have done a successful transaction with them before and was happy with the result, hence why I went with them again.

I placed a order with cookstore on December 4th. They charged my card immediately but have not sent any further details on shipping or if out of stock. I have tried to reach then several times by phone. I sit on hold for over a hour and do not get through. I have sent two e mails and no response. Hi there. I placed an order with Cook Store on November 28th, 2022 and have not received any communication with the store in terms of the status of my order. I have made attempts to email the store ([email protected]) as they suggest in their automated telephone message and I have also tried phoning multiple times but no one answers the phone and I am redirected to send an email or to call back later. I purchased two items totalling $104.98. I now see on their website that the two items I purchased are out of stock. They were not out of stock when I placed my order, and after reading several similar complaints, I would like to receive my money back. My order number is ******. Thank you.Initial Complaint

On September 15, 2022, I ordered, for delivery to my home address, a **** ******* Countertop oven from Cookstore.
I contacted them in late September and was given October as delivery date.
In November I contacted them again as the oven was at sale several places and they said they would match the difference and send the item to me.
We are now in December and I have not heard from them even after leaving several messages. I was hoping to have this before Christmas.
No one bothered to return any of my messages.
If they cannot fulfill my order, I would simply take my money back and purchase it elsewhere.
I hope to hear from them before Xmas.
