On Nov 6, 2022 I ordered a Cuisinart Convection Countertop Oven order # ****** for $405.93.
This week I ATTEMPTED to follow up my order. I called the correct number. After pressing 1 to update status of your order message says to send an email to [email protected]. You should hear back in 24 hours! 5 emails sent. No response. Then I called back and listened again. I pressed 2 to “ make a new purchase”. I sat on hold for 39 minutes, then got disconnected with an error message! So I called back again! Another 30 plus minutes! Terrible customer service!
Why no update? Why no email back?
I have ordered from here before! But this is unacceptable! This is a Christmas gift. Now 2 weeks to Christmas I have to find something else to be shipped to PEI.

I ordered ******** - 8 Cup Connoisseur One-Touch Coffee Maker - ******** × 1 on November 13th. It was not listed as out of stock. Order number ****** was immediately confirmed and $259.34 processed on my credit card. As the site days delivery within 7-14 days (with an asterisk though I can’t find what the asterisk is for) and I hadn’t received an update, I called for information. All you get is a voice recording indicating you should email for quicker service. As no one answered, it was really the only option. The phone message says expect an answer within one business day. Or 24 hours. I don’t recall but it was a quick turn-around. I emailed November 30th, December 5th, December 7th, and again today. I’ve decided on an official complaint only as I checked for the coffeemaker online with cookstore.ca and it now says sold out. I ordered well before Black Friday to beat this exact scenario. In fact, I checked during Black Friday to see what kind of a deal I missed but the coffee maker was the same price. At that point I thought the store was just busy but it’s clear now my order was filled even though it couldn’t be filled. This is a terrible way to conduct business. How are stores allowed to sell what they don’t have then ignore customer enquiries? I will not recommend this store to anyone. I wish to cancel my order and have my money returned.Initial Complaint

Delayed delivery, correspondence emails (photos attached). Alternative arrangements made for delivery to neighbour as **** and I were in Portugal from Late September to Late November.

Placed an order with Cookstore.ca on Nov 15 2022, received a confirmation same day and my credit card was charged $73.39. I have sent several emails asking for the status of my order and when I may receive, as well as calling company and you cannot speak live to a person they suggest sending an email and that they will respond within 24 hours. I have sent an email on Nov 17, Dec 9, Dec 12 and again today with no response. I have not received an update on shipping as well. Crickets(silence) is all Im getting. I ordered these for Christmas presents and time is running out.
I would like to CANCEL my order and have a full refund returned to my credit card.

I purchased a set of 2 items from Cookstore located in Windsor, Ontario (order number 196753) at the cost of $169,98. I paid the order through Paypal who charged it to my credit card. I haven’t received a notice of shipping from Cookstore and decided to cancel my order as this is a Christmas gift. I tried phoning Customer service but there is no one to answer your call and you need to send an email to [email protected]. The message says that the customer receives a reply within 24-48 business hours. I sent 3 emails since December 1st and haven’t received any reply. Can you please help me. Thank you!Initial Complaint

On Thursday November 24, 2022 7:34am I placed an online order AT cookstore.ca for a **** Coffee Maker Model # GRX-W Drip Free-*********** x 1.
ORDER NUMBER ****** IN STOCK.
Cookstore charged my Visa $204.52 and I have not heard from them since. I have tried to call Cookstore numerous times, and only get a recording. I have sent 5 emails requesting order status and have received no response.Initial Complaint

It's clear that these people are fraudulent. No one answers their phone yet they we're quick to charge my credit card for $994. 39

Similar to other experiences, after ordering and paying for the items, I have not been advised as to the delivery status of the products. ORDER ****** For $118.61
I have reached out several times by email, to no response. Multiple attempts at phone contact have been pointless (no response or cycling voicemail response).

I have placed 2 orders on their website, for a total of $267.08. I have paid for the orders but they have not been fulfilled. The first order was placed August 18, 2022, the second order was placed November 2, 2022.

Order #****** was placed on August 18, 2022. The amount of C$216.92 was charged to my account right away. As of today December 9, 2022 I did not receive my order and nobody ever answers the phone.
I was advised twice of ,so called back order ofd 2 -4 feels, or 1 - 2 weeks, then supplier will not deliver, (an e-mail of Nov.24th, 2022) and since then absolute silence. No-one answers the phone and no-one answered any of my e-mails. I would like to get my refund immediately.
