      Order #******. We are a full week past the date it should have arrived, and there is still nothing shipped. I have tried the [email protected] and phone lines. I have been ignored at all steps. I want a refund in full. or ship it today, with tracking provided. If there wasn't any stock to actually ship, then the order shouldn't have been billed.

      On October 17th, 2022 I placed an order with the Cook Store, order #******. The items were listed in stock, so I assumed they would ship out in a reasonable timeframe, and my credit card was charged. Not pre authorized. I though all was good, so I placed another order on October 30, 2022, order #193580. Again they listed the items as in stock, and charged my card.

      On November 15, 2022, after hearing nothing from the company about my items being shipped, I emailed them, and did receive a response saying that the items were not in stock, and they can’t control when things arrive. So I waited, getting antsy that these were to be Christmas gifts and was trying to beat the rush. Again with no communication from them, and trying to call their phone number numerous times, which is never answered, I emailed them on December 1st, and 5th, with no response from them at all.

      On December 6th, 2022, I sent them an email stating that I would like them to cancel my orders and refund my money, I would be ordering them elsewhere. Still no response.

      These are horrible business practices, coming from someone who has worked in retail for the last 20 years.

      I would just like my money back, for products I never received. Causing me more stress around the holiday season. I will NEVER be ordering anything from this company ever again!

      Hi there,

      I placed an order Nov 26th and only received the automatic order confirmation. However, there is no ship confirmation yes and based on other reviews, I am not optimistic that I will receive this, as it appears they will accept orders on items that are on months of back order. I have tried emailing and also phoning and no response. The cookstore should understand that their potential customers may have quite a bit of supply chain experience and this type of order coordination with no communication in retail isn't acceptable. Unless my order will be shipped confirmed this week, I want a refund. Please see order ******.

      My order was placed early October 2022, with no confirmation of the order and no sign of the items. Upon reaching out, they declared one item was on back order and would ship in 2-3 weeks. Any further communication has been ignored on the phone or via email. Buyers, don't give this business a first glance- it's a scam.

      I placed the order for a ***** ** ****** ****** set on Nov 24. The transaction has not gone through and nothing has been shipped. I have tried to cancel via email and phone and cannot get in touch with anyone. I would like this order cancelled immediately.

      On October 26, 2022 I ordered two items from CookStore in the amount of $178.52. I have not received the items. I did reach out to the company via email around the middle of November. They told me the item was backordered. I tried reaching out again this week and I have had no response to several emails and I cannot get through on the telephone. I want them to cancel the order and refund my money. It makes me nervous that they have my money but they are not reachable.

      Hi. I ordered two ******* pan d3 12inches and 7.5inches, from cookstore on November 28, 2022. I have yet to recieve any shipment notification and also I sent emails about 3 times to [email protected], there was no reply and they did not pick my call. They should please refund my money if is no longer available. Thanks

      I placed an expensive order for two items (cast iron pots) on September 13, 2022. The payment was charged to my credit card immediately. As of today, December 6, 2022, I still have not received my items. It is impossible to reach someone via telephone and I emailed them as they suggested starting on October 20, 2022. They responded immediately advising that there is still a 2-3 week delay in shipping out the items. On December 2, 2022, I called, but could not get through or leave a message and sent another email advising that at that point I want the order cancelled and my money refunded. I called and emailed again on December 5, 2022 and still no response. **** * ******* ** **** **** *** ******* * ***** **** **** *** ** * **** ********  I want my full amount back in full at this point.

      Amount of Transaction: $131.07

      Company Response: Company sold a product that was not listed as backorder, indicating it is in stock. After I emailed November 30, 2022 inquiring about my order as I had been charged. The company informed me that the item was delayed. I assumed I would not get it by Christmas (it was a gift) that I asked for a refund and cancel my order.

      Once I requested my refund and cancelation of my order, the company is not responding. They have not responded to any communication regarding my cancelation and refund. Clearly my item has not shipped so I want my refund immediately and cancel the order!

      Purchased a Juicer on Sept 20, 2022. Said it was in stock on website. Get notification a few weeks later saying item is backordered yet the item is still on website and says "in Stock". I have sent an email 3 days ago and still no response and its been over 2 months for this item that says in stock on website yet they say Back Ordered.

      This is unacceptable customer service.
