I have placed an order (#******) for various kitchen utensils on September 30, 2022 payment for $181.57 was paid in full . When I haven’t received any update regarding the order, I reached out to the store at the end of October and received a response on November 3, 2022 informing me that not all the items are in stock. I reached out again on December 27, 2022 to cancel my order without a reply. I attempted to contact them multiple times by phone, which now seems disconnected. I sent another email on January 6, 2023 and still have not yet heard from them. I have proceeded to dispute the charge with my credit card company.Initial Complaint

I bought a toaster on line from Cook-store on November 15th 2022 (order #******), and paid them $497.93 on my **** card. Since then i have tried calling them numerous times, and discovered that calling them always ends with a message t only contact their customer service via email. I did contact them via email on Nov 28th and received a reply on Nov 29th telling me that my order should be arriving in 1 to 3 weeks (by Dec 21st 2022). Since then i have sent many emails to Cook Store with no reply. Therefore i have concluded that it is now impossible to contact this company regarding my order, and they have taken my payment with no intention of shipping the item i ordered to me. 0n Nov. 26 2022 I placed an order with Cookstore.ca for 3 items, and noticed that I had made a few typos which I could not correct on the order page so I cancelled the order and was credited for 127.02 on Nov. 30 on my Mastercard.
Then on Nov.28 2022 I placed an order for the same items. The company confirmed the order by email, charged my Mastercard and stated that they would contact me when the order was shipped. However the order has not been deliveted. Since then I have made six attempts to reach them by email and the 1-888 no, which does not respond.

Order placed 4-Dec-2022 for a suite of cookwares. Order number ******, amount $104.91. Full price was posted to my Mastercard 5-Dec-2022.
Order shows no sign of having progressed since being placed, nor has there been any indication why the order would not have been assembled or sent by this point.
An email was sent to [email protected] pm 17-Dec-2022, and another to [email protected] on 3-Jan-2022. On 3-Jan-2022 I also phoned their hotline, which indicated that I was to send an email, and that they would generally answer in 24 hours. No response was received to either email.
So, basically, the problem is that they have charged me for items that I ordered, but appear to have no intention of completing the order, and they are refusing to respond when I attempt to contact them.

Hello,
I placed an order for several items with the cook store on Nov 3, 2022 totalling $197.70 (charged to my credit card at that time). See attached order confirmation email.
I have followed up several times to inquire about the status of this order and received no reply. I have tried emailing the company as well as calling their phone line repeatedly (which says their mailbox is full).
While I would be fine if this order were filled, I would expect some compensation/discount.

I placed an order ONLINE at cookstore.ca for $271.18 (Order #******) on Nov 25, 2022.
My order STATUS still shows UNFULFILLED however they IMMEDIATELY took payment upon order.
I have followed up numerous times:
1. through email at: [email protected] and [email protected]. NO RESPONSE.
2. another email, requesting a REFUND. NO RESPONSE.
3. by calling customer service at 1-888-975-1595. NO RESPONSE. Line rings and then drops.
Appreciate your assistance in this matter.

Purchased a set of knives through cookstore.ca in early December - they were supposed to arrive within 12-14 days. The item never arrived and the company has ignored 5 emails; if you call the customer service line, it just says the mailbox is full and disconnects. I purchased (online) cooking pots and have not received them. Cannot contact the business by phone (mailbox is full) and no response by email. They stole my money.
