      Placed an order on November 24, 2022 - totaling $139.64 after tax. Order ******.
      Payment went through visa immediately.
      Item was not shipped.
      I sent numerous e-mail to customer service email requesting updates on the order but received no reply.
      Also tried calling 1-888-975-1595 but was unable to speak to anyone (voicemail was full).

      Sent three e-mails requesting order to be cancelled and money refunded. No reply or refund to date.

      Product was - 4 mini pie pans and 2 top cutters 3913x1
      It has been 3 months almost with no delivery.
      I emailed them 10-31-2022 to which they replied it would take another 2 to 3 weeks. Since then I have tried to phone, they don’t pickup or refer to their website, which in turn tell you to call the number they don’t answer. I have also emailed with no response.
      Cookstore.ca has not responded since their email on 11-01-2022.
      The Order number is 192607.

      I ordered an **** oven for over $500 in August from the Cook Store. Order no: 188643 Paid in full at the time of the order. It has not been delivered despite numerous e-mails. The last time they responded was back in November. Now I get no response and when I phone them their mailbox is full. They need to ship it to me or refund me and I will buy it elsewhere. Not sure what to do.

      Purchased a knife block and cheese slicer wires ~July 10, 2022 for ~$82.

      Contacted July 23rd when no product/shipping confirmation had been received. Customer support from Cookstore.ca responded July 25th saying item was backordered 2-4 weeks and would be shipped when available.

      Contacted again Sept 6, response Sept 8 indicated now estimated late Sept.

      Contact Oct 9, no response. Contacted again Nov 6, responded Nov 8 with updated shipping estimate late Nov.

      Contacted Dec 29th asking if product would ever come/cancel order if not imminent. No response.

      Contacted Jan 11th to cancel order. No response.

      Purchased **** 10 cup speed brew Elite coffee maker. Part #********** Total price including tax $239.39. Purchased July 25, 2022. Indicated in stock at time of purchase.
      Order number ****** Apparently it was not in stock!
      Then was indicated late August delivery, then Sept. delivery.
      Oct 7 indicated 2 weeks to be sent out.
      Next email October 29. They said awaiting arrival.
      November 23, 2022 store indicates they will arrive in 2 weeks.
      Dec 10 email sent to Cookstore. They did not respond.
      Sent email Jan 10, 2023 after phoning their office first. Went to voicemail, messages already full. In our email requested an immediate refund.
      No response from company as of now.
      Seems no intent to deliver product.

      On August 26/22 we ordered a ********** *********** **** Select coffe machine from the Cook Store. Cost for the order was $497.17 which was paid by my *** MasterCard ending …..**** on that day. We keep calling and emailing to find out where our machine is and they kept telling us it was on its way. Now when we call their # 1-888-975-1595 or email them at [email protected] they won’t answer or return our email request to send the machine.

      We would like the machine or a complete refund so that we can purchase one from another store.

      I placed an order with cookstore on November 4, 2022 for $50.83 for a bowl. Their website states it typically ships in 7-14 days. I was told in November after inquiring about my order that the estimate time of arrival would be early December. I have tried calling their listed number on their website and no one answers. The recording directs you to email. I have emailed 6 times requesting and update with no response. I am wanting a refund as I don’t know when I will be receiving my order. My order number is ******.

      Purchased a set of tongs online on Nov. 28, 2022. Was supposed to ship in 1-2 weeks. Emailed twice, called several times (each time just got a recording referring me to an email address). Still waiting for any response or product delivery. Based on the complaints I will most likely not receive the product I paid for.

      On November 19th I placed an order online for salt and pepper mills and a whisk and on November 21st my credit card was charged the total amount of $104.97. After hearing nothing about my items being shipped, I wrote an email to their support on November 29th asking when my items would ship. On November 30th I received a reply from Chloe in Cook Store Support apologizing and saying the items were delayed and expected to arrive in 2-3 weeks. On January 5th I again emailed the Cook Store Support and have not heard back from them. When I tried to phone them today (Jan 11/23) the message said their mailbox was full.

      I purchased online a pocket knife on Dec 1, 2022. The order number is ******
      The item has not arrived.
      There is no way to track the item without downloading an app that requires access to my email account.
      Three attempts to reach the company by phone are unanswered.
      Two emails sent to the company on Dec 10 and 14 have not been met with a response.
      I would like a full refund of 98.67.
