  ******** ******** Won't honour warranty for a mattress that isn't stained. Requested a manager many times, no manager has reached out. Requested they send someone out to check the mattress themselves and they refuse to do so. Say in photos there's discoloration... how when the mattress had a mattress cover on it.
  Their warranty says stains not discoloration. The photo i sent in was taken in sunlight where there are shadows. I sent another with flash so show no shadows and now they refuse to answer my emails. They offered 40% off coupons hoping I would settle for that. Which shows me there is fault and they want me to go away.
  ** * ******** ***** **** a mattress with 2 body impressions one is more than 2inches. The other is 1.8inches. We cant sleep on this. I have to sleep on the couch. ** **** ****** ******* ********* I ensured this mattress was kept nicely in case we ever ran into this and had faith this company would do right by its customer. They clearly dont care.

  I purchased a ******** Firm Queen Mattress Item#******** on March 6, 2022 for $2345.22 including taxes from the ******* ****** Furniture store. At the time of sale, the sales man told me I needed a mattress cover to ensure the warranty (another $150 spent a couple months later). I was not told that the white tags on the mattress must remain for warranty purposes nor was I given the Kingsdown warranty instruction form. If this tag is so important, why isn't it sewn onto the mattress like their logo is, its firmly affixed and would be very difficult to remove, in addition, the tag doesn't say anything about needing to be retained if removed. Upon research about the white tags (law tags) I discovered that the government put these tags in place to protect the customer, now mattress companies like Kingsdown are using them against consumers so they can *********** ******** ******** *** renege on their warranty. In my case, the underside of the mattress was made with the cheapest material I've ever seen for such a costly product and ripped along the piping, the mattress is only 2-1/2 years old and had the law tags been attached, Kingsdown would have replaced the mattress under warranty, instead, I get to throw away a $2300 mattress and spend another $2000 to replace it. I have the bill (which is what used to be the standard for proof of purchase), their logo is firmly attached to the mattress so there's no denying its their product and I'm out $2300 due to a company policy. ***** ****** ** * *** ******* **** *********

  Highly disappointed and would never recommend buying Kingsdown brand mattress sets.

  Over a two week period, I have called this company at least 8 times trying to establish a warranty claim. Isabella is either not at her desk or unavailable. When I ssk to speak to her manager; I am told she does not have one, an d there is no on else that can help me. I have repeatedly left my name and number, but no return calls
