    **** ran away with my $1000 deposit. Three missed deliveries, countless phone calls and emails, and he just decided to take my money and abscond. I even have the invoice from him showing I paid the deposit. I called and emailed him so many times to return my money but all in vain.

    We paid a deposit of $1100 for a wallbed unit to be built and installed in our home.

    The owner did not show up at agreed upon date and stopped all communication.

    After researching this is common for this business owner who takes deposits and does not provide the product or service.

    I bought a white queen-size wall bed from **** at Wallbeds online on December 11, 2022. The bed was $1500 and I put down a $750 deposit. The agreed to delivery and installation date was December 21st. He did not show and made an excuse that he had issues and would come and install it on the 23rd. He no showed on the 23rd and did not respond to my messages or phone calls. He send a text on January 1, 2023 that they were going through management changes and my bed was ready and he would reach out for installation dates. I told him, I did not need him to install it and I would come and pick it up. He ignored all messages and has not returned and he has not delivered the bed to date. I have asked for my $750 deposit back but he does not return emails or calls.
    We went to his store location according to his website **** ******* *** *** *********** *** *** and there was no store there. ********* ** *** ******* ********** ******* ** ******* *** ******** ** **** ***** 

    He continues to run ads on ******* * ******** ******* **** **** *** ** **** *** ** *** ******* ******** * **** ******** *** ******* *** *** ** *** ******** ******* ******* * ******* *** *** ******** ******** ** **** *** *** ***** ** *** ** **** ** ***** **** ** ** ***** ** ********** ******** ********** I hope you can help me get my money back.

    Contacted Wallbeds Online on November 9, 2022
    **** came on site to measure and provided me with a drawing, quote and installation date of December 13,2022 all within 24 hours.
    I paid the 50% deposit ($2500) via etransfer as instructed.
    Received a phone message from **** the day before installation with a question - I responded immediately and left a return message.
    I have not heard a word since.
    He does not respond to texts, emails or phone messages.
    It is now 2 months after deposit paid and one month after scheduled installation.
    I have no wallbed, no communication and no refund.

    September 12-20th 2022: I contacted Wall Beds Online. The owner* **** ********* promised to install and deliver a Queen wall bed on Saturday September 24th 2022 contingent on paying a paid a 50% deposit of $988.18 by 4pm on Tuesday September 20th.
    **** did not show up on multiple dates that he proposed/scheduled (September 24th, September 25th, September 26th).
    On September 26th, finally indicated that he would refund my deposit. And then proceeded to ************* ignore texts or emails. **** then ************** ******* promised install date of October 15-16. There has been no reasonable effort to resolve whatever issues to deliver on the promised product and issue the promised refund.

    I have contracted Walls online to manufacture and install a wallbed. I have emailed 6 plus times and called 0 plus times since the scheduled week of 8/15 installation with no response. I would like a refund of my 50% deposit of 1,778.72
