    After contacting Reno Kings in early 2023 to obtain estimates to build a storage shed and partial wraparound deck, we committed to using their services. We provided them with $44,346.16 for the deposit requirements to begin both projects. After some hiccups, the shed was built and delivered. We were satisfied with the shed they built us, but construction-wise, it had flaws. Some of the siding would come off during high winds, and we noticed it would leak from the ceiling and doors.
    As far as our deck goes, construction was never started. The start date kept changing: a date would be given, and no one would show up, and we would get another start date with the same outcome. These were just empty promises.
    We pursued litigation in June 2024 to recover the remaining $25900 from the total we gave them, and to this day, nothing has been recovered. Reno Kings doesn't respond to any paperwork sent by the lawyer.
    I wholeheartedly DO NOT recommend this company. I am planning to go public with local news. If anyone else has had a similar experience, I encourage you to do the same.

    I had secured a roofer to install new shingle and he cancelled at the last minute after waiting months to get it done..I called Reno Kings and Mike had a crew at my home within a week..we were stuck and Reno King rescued us and at a more than fair price point with exceptional workmanship..Very Happy customer..

I own a bed and breakfast and hired Reno Kings to do some repair work after a flood. This was in January and my opening date was June 1st. They did some work on the main floor but I had to cancel my kitchen and dining room floors as they kept not showing up and I ran out of time. I paid them for the work that was done on the main floor and a week later after The owner wouldn’t answer my texts or phone calls he texted me with a list of what he claimed he did with extremely inflated prices indicated that I owed him
    Money ( I paid him what we agreed to and he happily accepted it ) and he wasn’t going to come and do the upper floor renovation. This was June 1sr with my opening June 1st while I can’t rent the rooms upstairs I am loosing upwards of $400 a day of revenue. Please do yourself a big favour and RUN
