    One should know if working with this company - be careful, know your rights. I had asked to have my roof on a trailer shoveled about **** square feet if it gets over 3 inches of snow, previously 2 inches of snow for $***** a shovel. I was out of town and found out later it was a large snowfall about 10 inches, est to 12 in my area but actually fall? I texted him asking if it i need to come out to shovel into town to let me know. Thinking if anything over the ***** fee to let me know. He did not respond. He then sent me a text that he could charge me $1200.00 to shovel my roof but would do it as a discount for $400.00. He never spoke to me about doing extra work than authorized, replied to me well anyone would know it was a big job. Everyone should be paid but we disagreed that your should talk to a customer before charging them a rate. He said if i don't pay in one day he would file a lein against my house where i could not sell it. I should have contacted the police when feeling under duress, contacting protective consumer reporting agencies, free legal aid. It went out later to shovel the snow it was a light snow it took me two hours he said it took him 8 hours. My windows had snow covering them and last year the door was blocked with **** i told him that's a fire hazard. I am a grandma double his age, half of his physical strength and that is how long it took me to do the work.
